Bcz it is not Benzene ring , it is cyclo hexane . If it is benzene ring the structure name will become 3-methylcyclohexanecarbaldehyde . Here it is cyclohexane so 3-methylcyclohexanal is correct

Bcz it is not Benzene ring , it is cyclo hexane . If it is benzene ring the structure name will become 3-methylcyclohexanecarbaldehyde .
Here it is cyclohexane so 3-methylcyclohexanal is correct
