Nice edits . Stress level is almost zero compared to last season. The rivalry , owl attacks , loss of Harriet, Intruders, car wrecks , drones, and even bugs in the nest at one point. The lone eaglet may have some social skills to catch up on , has been pretty easy going from my limited viewing and not a ton of slo motion attack downloads , hope it lasts.
@timothymattson3680. Thank you for the kind words. Last season was difficult to watch at times, and I definitely worried. Life definitely gets much more difficult after leaving the nest and natal area, so E23 will carry our prayers with them when that day comes. I think last season’s eaglets were the most prepared ever for the mean streets. 💜
Since I live in SE Florida I don’t have to look at the weather report. I just look in on M’s nest. They always prepare the nest when inclement weather is coming. Lots of insulation during these cooler days. E23 is burning a lot of energy with those wing flaps. The thumbnail you chose is beautiful and thanx for the slow mo of that in your video.💜🦅💜
@@androcat12Messaged you late last night after a long day. Went to edit this am and accidentally erased. Yes I am a S Floridian. PBC. Unfortunately I do not see eagles. Because I live by a pond (no alligators) I do see a great deal of wildlife. I do not watch Dade. I watch SWFL❤️ Captiva and now Kansas. I keep up with BB. With limited time; I choose carefully. You have me interested in owls now as well. I’ve been so tempted to take a drive over to SWFL ❤️ but I am fearful of the disturbance that might cause. Have a lovely day.💜🦅💜
@PriscillaD225. You will not disturb the SWFL eagles if you practice proper nest etiquette. Bring a chair, have water etc in your car because it gets hot, and binoculars. Park at the church to view the eagles. The Pritchett driveway/farm is off limits. Let me know if you decide to visit, and I can help with other suggestions. I recommend a weekday visit, as there are less visitors then. All birds, even urban birds, deserve proper nest etiquette. 💜
It was so hilarious to watch🤗🦅🎶 And slightly worrisome also🙏 when sweet E23 was hopping/wingercising right toward the edge of the nest!👀🦅🙏 Oh... She is amazing💓🦅 Maybe Daddy and Mom decided😉 that the "delayed fish delivery" is good for more wing-practice their precious Eaglet😊❤🦅🦅 Well done, our cute E23💞💖🎶🦅 Squee!😃🎶🎵 She enjoys her wingercising so much😍💓🦅🌄 Thank you, dear Androcat💞🦅🦅🦅 Be blessed everyone❤❤
Sweetheart E23 ❤ Was Full of Beans!! Lots of Great Wingers !!! 😂 Lovely to see E23's Display of Energy ❤, Well done Sweetheart 👏, Great Achievements, Tysvm Androcat, take care my friend ❤❤🤗🌹🦅🙏💕💜
I'll show you and swallow the piece of pelt. Oh dear -forgot . . . now I have to cast a big pellet . . . love the warbling sounds; what an amazing young eagle thanks to his wonderful parents. Thank you again Androcat. So nice to see that beautiful big area for all to enjoy.
This absolutely is the most amazing video of E23 and his mom and dad that I have seen forever! So many wonderful closeups where each one lasted longer than a second or two therefore allowing us to enjoy the magnificences of the little one and his outstanding parents! Thank you Androcat!!!!☺️❤️
Our precocious big little one! Claiming mom's toes with moss, and mom considering her options. Nice tail length already. She's really good about helping to unravel her feathers. I watched her a long time the other night and she was pulling each new flight feather from it's pin, very systematically and fully. Rinse, repeat. Love her many vocals. Sounds like the same frequency as mom! So cool. Her head plumage is making her so pretty. I tear up every time I see mom and dad sleeping peacefully on the attic, after last season. It's amazing how many less incidents (and females!) with a big female in the nest! I think the owls are due; some owls, anyway. And the passerine harrier attacks are just around the corner (just found out that shrikes are corvids! But mockingbirds are just... well, mockingbirds). Great edits, ty! ❤️🦅🦅🦅
Poor E23, she must be so hungry. When the time E23 left the nest and from her Parent's. It's gonna be sad and happy at the same time to watch. Just like E21 left the nest. God blessed E23 and the entire family❤❤❤
Little E has gotten to be a good housekeeper! Learning from the best parents ever! Mom was really faking Little E out today! Little E just wanted to eat! Great video. Thank you. ❤️🐥🐟🦅
E23 is getting prepared for fledging the friendly sky soon. What a smart eaglet…pretty soon can design it’s on nest or go fishing. An exceptional offspring of powerhouse parents. E23 is an avid learner.
Sharon Shneyer, Thank you Vija for the beautiful close-ups of E23 preening it's feathers and the video as always. I miss E23'S baby stage. Please be careful and safe.
SHARON SHNEYER, Sorry I got you mixed up Androcat with Vija. I love your videos as well, and always try to watch them when I can. Also thank you for coming on the SWFEC chat a few days ago. It was nice to have you there and I'm sure others would agree.
@ringdoorbell3223. No worries! I didn’t know if you meant to post something to her. I enjoy Vija’s channel as well. I often am in chat, just don’t post much. I enjoy reading what questions and concerns other viewers have. 🙂
@pattimickelson9861. Flying is instinctual, and E23 will get better at it with practice, post fledge. Hopefully we get to see E23 practice fishing, and catching fish, at the pond. We have seen some of the juvies practice there, post fledge. 🤞
Mom stop bringing me nesting material, just bring me food 😂. E23 got some stronger wing flapping going, nice carry at same time. 😊
Terri Stauffer. Wow, we could hear those wing beats so well!
Seems that E23 practices really winging more than our 2 last season....and what an impressive wingspan E23 has❤❤
It seems like when only one baby is being raised it gets spoiled twice as much from mom and dad. So why not. God bless e 23 and mom and dad.
E23 is getting bigger every day.
He will fly soon. Time flies.
Thanks a lot!❤

So strong. Got a lot to learn about defending and scrapping for food.

@PriscillaD225. YW 🙂. I didn’t realize upon were a S Floridian. You probably see eagles all over the place then. Do you watch Dade?

Love the exercises and jumping Jack's! 😂
Our baby's growing up so fast, it's hard to believe how quickly time passes when there's an eaglet in a nest! 🤯❤ HABD Androcat 🌻🦅
@crisam9947. Don’t miss a day, or you will be lost, lol! 💜
I agree.. :-) :-) :-)
What a sweet baby! Today he brushed himself like my cat - tail, paws ...showing how beautiful and big !

Awe what a fun stage to watch E23. Thank you for bringing these highlights to us.
Just look around all e23 is displaying that she’s learned from mom and dad in this video! Thank you

Stuart Carmichael. Lol on the pelt! It was on the nest all morning, yet only came into play when Mom saw it. 😂
The stick mantle was kind of funny...even baby E seemed to realize it was an oopsie😊❤..then ran to grab the pelt lol.
Sweet love this little one
❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks for this beautiful and comprehensive video and update of this sweet eaglet and his/her family! 🦅🦅🦅💞💞💞💗💗💗🙏🙏🙏

I think this one will be like E21....grow up fast and want to be independent early ❤
P.s. Amazing thumbnail. Awesome!!!
❤❤😂
There is still a lot for this little guy to learn. You need to learn to fly, hunt ,fish From the Lake.
@pattimickelson9861. Flying is instinctual, and E23 will get better at it with practice, post fledge. Hopefully we get to see E23 practice fishing, and catching fish, at the pond. We have seen some of the juvies practice there, post fledge. 🤞
