  • The JSC heard that Lamola last year asked Zondo to consider Mlambo for the Constitutional Court. Zondo told the JSC this was not the norm, though he would not venture to say whether it was unlawful.
He also said Mlambo, who had previously declined an offer to act in the Constitutional Court, had been available at short notice, so it made sense to select him.
Malema said Fraser was leading a strategic institute of the state and monies were thrown around from the state coffers, yet Fraser was not compelled to answer for 9 billion Rands, “yet Zizi Kodwa was called to answer for R1 million”.
Malema asked about the release of the final report that may implicate President Cyril Ramaphosa and why Zondo did not include findings around the President in the reports already released to avoid the issue that Ramaphosa may feel obligated to give Zondo the job.

To find fault is trivial , but to lead and guide responsibly is another story . Emotive outbursts do not convey a sense of a steady hand on the tiller. I would gladly support any competent person who is not filled with hatred of a certain race group due to their skin colour which is racist by definition . I would hope that future leaders will consider all South Africans , and the contribution they have made to the country and it’s people. If there is wrong doing hats off to those that question and expose it , but calm delivery of the message shows a more statesman like approach . Let’s get this over with , so we can roll up our sleeves and deal with education , upskilling the millions of unemployed , fixing a broken healthcare system and many pressing issues that affect millions living in abject poverty , many of whom have lost hope in a landscape which is worse for all , than what I saw over 65 years ago.

History is repeating itself in South Africa in so many ways.
The only difference is those who were in the north are now in the south.
In the north there were two little men who tried to conquer the world.
Both thought they had all the answers and sowed mayhem throughout the north.
Both were defeated by mother nature.
However mother nature and mankind were deeply scarred by their thirst for power and domination.
In the South there are two collective bodies of mankind who hold sway.
One a minority identified by its white skin and the other by its black skin.
The white collective has relinquished its power of living apart. (Apartheid )
However it has not relinquished its economical power.
The Black collective has the numerical power.
It however has failed in its quest to rid itself of the souless bondage of poverty.
Largely due to its inability to shake off the tribal concept or as was the case in Europe or India the idea of serfdom which in times past negated true freedom of the human specie.
Like a pride of lions ruled by a king (Swazi Zulu ).
This negates free thinking and enterprise.
The current word to describe it is different factsions
This has caused a weakening in the ruling

But malema is so uneducated but he is part of interviewing people who are so educated lol. Like a Gardner interviewing a pilot. They must choose people who have similar education levels to choose people for such positions. Malcom x was not south african he was not born here and no American will be a South African, using words of Malcom x doesn't make sense in Africa becuase Malcom x referred to house Ngrs as white undertones where as here in Africa we have black governments and black presidents so how can the same description of argument be used as a referring point for judges who serve at the pleasure of the current black president and not the faction who is trying to remove the president.
