Are u using Vpn?, What vpn apps do u use?, I Indonesian i usually get 90ms ping in this game
i live in shanghai, but if you're in SEA or jp/kr up to 100 ping is to be expected

the sniper got nerfed since. it now requires a charging delay when you scope in before it does full damage
