Jessica is unlikely to offer a mentally stable home to a child. Furthermore the combination of lifelong Hormone treatment combined with Immunosuppressant medication (to stop the rejection of the transplanted womb Jessica wants), is extremely dangerous and high risk.
100% true, it’s very sad - we used to care for people like this ,now we leave them on the streets - here in Australia we closed all our mental homes, now so many people have been murdered , suicide , on the streets, it’s so sad - psychopaths run our Govt.

If taking hormones makes the people with it feel better than I don't think we should stop them if they are over the age of consent (which Jessica is). I`ve heard there is only one team of surgeons who regularly do `bottom surgery` in the UK. There`s very little demand for it. Because the UK hasn`t really fallen for plastic surgery in a big way, we haven`t developed the US level of gender reassignment surgery. They have things like `nullification`; for patients who want the appearance of no genitals at all, and a scientist was caught asking the question why should male genitals look as they are...why can`t they look like flowers?

As a former psychiatric nurse, life throws enough at us. If we accept that nature is nature: a boy has chromosomes XY and female XX (a few anomalies due physical & genetic) If an adult wants to transition BE IT AT THEIR EXPENSE for surgery & continued medication that is entirely their choice. But this should NEVER NEVER be acceptable in any shape or form on a child, ie under 18. The idea of better success the younger 'treatments'' start, a XY (male) will never menstruate or have a child. Why would a MAN think that wining in sport is an achievement - it's an embarrassment! when it obviously by his build and size he isn't a woman. Trying to make the abnormal acceptable, doesn't make it normal. This is a time bomb ticking away in people who will feel cheated out of a their potential life, seeking compensation for their physical and mental pain.

This is one of the reasons the NHS is in crisis. Haven't got a problem if they pay for it themselves, everyone has the right to be as disillusioned as they want to be, just don't expect other people to pay for it.
Do you have a problem with the medical professionals who supply these unethical, health harming procedures which require costly long term monitering and revisions for life, effectively diverting them from being available for others in need of medical help? All so they can provide instead, procedures which entirely disregard the principle of "do no harm"?
The NHS is full of Gay flags and rainbows these days and have said nothing against transgender even though it is highly detrimental to your health. The T in LGBT represents approval to change your sex. Disgraceful. Get a grip NHS. The clapping is over.

That was a shock to see what an inexperienced surgeon can do, that person maybe does not see what we do, to want to look like that there must be some sort of illness going on in the head, very sad to see.
