It is a colorful sand. It is a grainy and the particles are too much tiny and soft.

Hi Shalini. The blue bubble refer to the blue marbles (blue pebbles) that are available in any stationary gift shop. You can find them easily if you visit your nearby gift gallery. BTW thanks for placing the comment. :)
