You're right that philosophy is pretty important for a lot of characters and the story, even when it doesn't seem like it. The degrees of subtlety differ, but the general story of Honkai series is about humans rising up to be their better selves and even working to the same goals even as they feel differently about how

Defibrilator is electric so there's that i guess and she heals with medicine gourd Viyahadra magic so no water hydro element
To be fair she uses electricity to revive like a defibrillator
