I had a player who was dissapointed for not playing enough and wanted to leave. And he was third in most games played! His squad role wasn't even crucial
Nothing Special yeah it’s ridiculous. Anyone else also having an issue with player contracts when they’re delegated. Wanted to renew some deadwood contracts before I sold them, plus one of them complained about his contract. So I delegated, they accepted but the contract didn’t extend. Then the player came to me angry that I didn’t renew it. But when I went to renew it again, it said I’ve just negotiated with this player so I can’t renew 🤔

It’s realistic. I know FIFA isn’t super realistic but in real life only about 3% of corners translate to a goal.
For me they work on carrier mode most of the time but on ultimate team I swear it's a competition of who can header the highest
I wish we could ask for exchange of players when other team is asking for players.
Example: Barcelona asking for Trent. So I can ask for jordi alba. During Negotiation.
Adnaan Lambe approach Barcelona for alba and offer Trent. I used to have that same gripe then realized I can just ask that club for who I want first and offer who they want. 😄 unfortunately you can't ask for the extra money when who you want to exchange is worth much more

same but i think when you manage a smaller team in a lower league there are no job offers. When i play at a top league i always have offers that change each week

About the second bullet point I am doing a road to glory with Salford City and I was second by 1 point in January and won all my games until April and was still second by 1 point

I love unrealistic transfers sometimes. I remember back on FIFA 15, I was managing Blackburn Rovers and got £15mil offer for Jordan Rhodes from Barcelona when I was in the Championship.

Also transfer inactivity from other clubs, I'm at the start of my 3rd season with United and City have no new players in their squad. Also the amount of times you get to deadline day at the end of the summer window and find clubs that have not done any business in or out is ridiculous. Other then spurs last season, that never happens. It makes sense in January but not the summer window.
I've gotten jobs via the job offer option in the office part of the menu, however, what I find is once you take an offer from a big team, BOOM! You can only get offers from big teams. Cannot get a mid table side or a side in the division below, you only get offers from the top 2/3/4 teams in leagues around the world

For the job offers for me it’s fine and I can get big team offers even though I may not be doing well or is a small club

In case you don't know, in all the other leagues, when get a red card or accumulate yellows, you get a 1 game suspension. Getting more than 1 is very rare, and it is usually for problems of racisms, aggressions,etc. So yes, it's different in the premier league.
Sometimes players that haven't even missed a game complain that they aren't in the starting line-up when they are in the starting line-up

The issue with sporadic first team players is that irl the way they break into the first xi is by performing well in training or less important cup competitions, but in fifa i cant see if my Ceballos is performing better than Özil in training so he doesn’t play as much, and he gets annoyed
I remember on the old FIFAs where English players would often reject foreign clubs.
1. Youth academy players wanting to be promoted within a season and a half of being scouted. Really they should be happy to stay in the academy until they're 21.
2. Transfer and loan offers are in no way relevant to the club, league or nationality of the player e.g Jamaican Chelsea player Michael Hector getting offers from clubs like Gremio. Something that would be really cool would be that Chelsea players are more likely to go on loan to Vitesse, Man City players to Girona ect
3. You should really be able to use the actual model of the manager of the club you are using

With the Job Offers thing it really depends on when you look. Beginning of the season there won't be any offers but if you look towards the end of the season there tends to quite a few jobs going.
Ngl Niran some of the stuff ur saying is overreaction, I always find jobs available when I go to browse jobs, and I never get a complaint from a crucial player if I leave them out if they are injured

_About the final topic, I have no idea why FIFA doesn't include that position change feature, in PES Master League, if you play a player out of position that has stats for it, after some games playing in that specific position, he'll then acquire said position, don't know why EA haven't allowed the same in career mode_
Niran advice, I have a friend in Turkey and he tells me that the derbies there are so heated you can play it in Siberia and it still would be heated! That is a heated derby instead of the Merseyside derby or the Manc derby.

Straight red card offences are punished in different ways here in Italy: minimum of 1 game, but they can be more if the offence gets worse.
Like: last-man foul, 1 game. Clapping hands to the referee, 2 games (usually). More violent conduct, 3 or even more.
I renewed a prospects contract, he was happy with his wage and everything. The next day, he writes to me that he deserves a better wage due to his contribution to the team (i only played him once and he barely touched the ball that season) and when I wanted to renew his contract. It said I just recently renewed his contract and I kept getting emails from him and he wanted to leave. I didn't need him and decided to just sell him, I found a team, "negotiations have broken down" thought it was normal at first. Tried 8 different clubs and all have broken down. Nice.

In the Eredivisie we have a 1 game ban for a red card. You can have a longer suspension but it has to do with the type of foul.
I was playing player career mode and I played for Leeds and I was 16 so I got a loan to the mls. I return in January (Leeds were in the prem promoted) and they had 1 point after 23 games, a draw against west brom who had 4 points. So we got relegated and I transferred to Leicester because I had a good season at Impact Montréal, so teams like Everton offered for me. So yeah the balance is so bad.
What pisses me off is that in my Parma career mode, I signed a young goalkeeper and played him in the first game, then he was instantly asking for more game time and then requesting a loan even though mans got a decent amount of game time for a rotation. Ridiculous.

I’ve never used the players GTN scouts suggest I always sign players that the club would realistically sign and only use the scouts to find the price of the player.
Also with job offers you only get them if you actually do a good job with your club. For example, I got Barnsley to 13th in the Premier League but still only got job offers from Espanyol
When Alisson got a red card for handball against Brighton he wasn't banned for 3 games and neither was Ederson against wolves

You need to request job when the season almost end, you will almost everytime get a lot of offers
EA not gonna fix these issues, they gonna fix that for FIFA 21 as a "New and Improved feature"
I had a sim career mode with Brighton where I finished 12th and 9th in my first two seasons. All of a sudden in season 3 the board wanted me to qualify for the Champions League. And it's not like I spent loads of money either, most of my XI were current Brighton players whilst my record signing was about £25m

Completely agree with all of these points but would personally also love the ability to long sim the games in a manager career (much like in football manager) I just think this would be a nice introduction so you dont have to play every away game if you actually want to win more than 50% of your games
It’s actually quite easy to browse jobs in career mode mate, give it a few months and new offers fly in every single week
In my most recent career mode an RTG if I remember correctly I had 16 days rest between 9 games meaning I have 1 or 2 days rest between games.
And if you do well in most if not all comps you have a high possibility of having 4 games in a week

True that, hate to go play against La spezia in serie B and they have full attendance. Or playing in Ireland and Derry City FC has a full house for a first round on the Irish cup
On the point you made about job offers, i use these frequently but the downside is it is almost never usable until mid-late November through the January window and if your using a team in a top flight league most of the offers there are all for top teams! If im the manager of Burnley and all the offers i can see are for Spurs, Madrid and Inter then something ain't right 😂😂
This is something I always notice when you play against Arsenal when Nicholas Pepe starts as a RW he never plays there he always plays where a CB would play but he is dang good
I would also like to see realistic training of things like stamina because one bronze drill is not the only way to train a players stamina, it’s not realistic or doable, takes way too long
I sweated Career mode at the start but I had a break and started my ultimate team and that, I just started a Real Betis career mode and it’s fun again sometimes it’s just good to stop playing for a bit

If you play a player in a different position to their default one and perform well (e.g. say you are playing a striker at left wing) then from the following season, the player should have that position added as his secondary position

All your points are always valid and something you mentioned a few years ago was implemented. Morale system. They stuffed that up royally to begin with.

I have the feeling the last update made the transfers more realistic. Instead of some League Two player transferring to Mexico, he now transfers to A Scottish team or maybe a League one or another league two team
That players won't reject an offer made for them. Basically, if you can pay them what they want, they'll jump two divisions down to play for you. A player should be able to reject an offer for them, if they feel it doesn't further their career, like they can in PES.
Every youth academy player got like 40 stamina and it is impossible to play with them because the only training gives them like 1 stamina per season so they are like 90 rated players and play every game, but if you play them, they are just out in 30 min. game time.
