It’s the iconic duo of Jules and another cat themed game! Hey, good to see you enjoying yourself with these indie games. And now I skew off topic a bit… You know it suddenly occurs to me, I bet you’d make an excellent Doctor Who style Cat-Person. Okay, and now something further amusing just came to me, something I hadn’t ever thought about. Doctor Who has lots of alien species and many of them are X + human anthropomorphic features like many scifi shows, but why cat-people? It just now dawns on me that someone in the writing dept and or makeup room is an Andrew Lloyd Webber fan. That being said I want a DW Musical now. The opening musical number staring out with the sound of the TARDIS time warping in, centre stage, a spotlight hits the familiar shape, the doors open, a familiar sonic sound is heard in the darkness coming from within, and gets louder and louder and finally… finally, the Doctor exits and raising the sonic screwdriver to his lips he uses it as a microphone… He begins to sing…
Joe!!! I need that musical 😅 it would be amazing! I'd want all the Doctors and companions on stage, past and present (though I'd not be able to watch it because of... shhhh spoilers!). It would be amazing 🥰
One: I think you said on record these are the games that make you cry. They spared you with joy. Two: I caved in and looked up DEVCATS. Their catalog of cat related games is astounding. My immense props to the casual nature of these games on top of props to the artist who designs these different worlds to discover these cats; it is mind bending how detailed it is. Three: I cannot believe there's a Rory here too LOL

1:14 How you said human made think of how the Ferengi from Star Trek say it. 12:34 Dodgem cars? 1st time I've heard bumper cars called that. 23:30 I'm sure some have already said this, but it's called the Millennium Falcon. And yes it's from Star Wars. 30:02 Lately when I hear the name Rory, I think of Doctor Who. 33:35 Makes me think of the Big Daddies using their drills to hook to certain things a pull themselves to it. There's similar devices in various Legend of Zelda games. Glad to see that you're happy playing games like these Jules.

Neil 💜🤣🤣🤣 You are too funny. Finding things in the house is a different story. Unless they are covered in fur and whiskers, it's not as fun to go hunting for missing objects. I regularly go on a "cat hunt" trying to find my three. My life is just too exciting....

Did I actually hear you say "Are you kittening me?" 🤣 You reveal yourself to be a determined Rammer in the Dodge 'Ems - not surprised, I watched you play, more than a few games which feature driving, and you are not shy! 😜 The layouts here are so much more detailed than they have ever produced before - They've always had great scenes, but these are definitely a step up! And so many parodies of other famous characters - all over the place on opening day, some of which spread the game across generations of players - some really great choices Addams Family, Grease, SpiderCat, the Scoobies, and many more. 😂And yes. That is a Star Wars craft. 😉 My favorite cat depicted here, at 24:11, the completely horrified rider, coming out of the Haunted Ride. 🤣 I played this late last night, just as far as the open amusement park, and managed to get everything found, except for 1 Polaroid, which I will be trying to find in a bit, and the the Haunted Ride. The Devcats games are all entertaining, and, for the price, cannot be beat, for all the reasons you list. Chill, funny, entertaining, and full of idle time fun. Have a very fine afternoon and evening, Juliette 💜🤗💜 I will be forever grateful to you for introducing me to this series of games. Each one, good fun, for less than the price of a coffee. I hope you get your frond sorted, and everyone is safe. 🥰

I wonder how they make these--maps, for lack of a better term. I wonder if they use any sort of computer algorithm or if it's all by hand. Frankly, both would impress me. 🙂 That said, given the amount of references to pop culture there are, I'd rather think they draw it all, themselves. And--no _Star Wars,_ ever? Huh. Well, if you ever decide to branch out from reacting to television series to movies, that'd be a good place to start. The _Star Wars_ universe is freaking huge, with movies and television shows coming out of your ears, so you'd never run out of things to react to. 😀 I actually get more of a kick out of your playthrough of these things than the games themselves, so I'm totally down for more. 😄 🏳🌈🖖💙💚
