What you could do is make a family or find one in gallery if easier then make a house for them and add a back story of there family dymatics and ask for crazy family dynamatics sometimes or they make dysfunctional family backstories
Blended family = parents in a relationship bringing together their children from their previous relationships. Also includes children from the new relationship (if there are any, it’s still blended if there are no new children).

Yeah technically my family is blended because my mom and dad had me then my dad met my stepmom and they had my half-brother then my half-sister.

Could you do a home where a couple is raising their own children, as well as a niece or nephew? Or to phrase it differently, it would be a child who lives with their aunt(s)/uncle(s) and cousins.

A classic blended family is the Brady Bunch. I don't know if you have that show from the 70's but it was a blended family.
I also was raised by grandparents. That would be a good family to build. BTW in my case, I was a little spoiled because my grandparents felt a little guilty for the failing of my parents and their desire to have a little girl.
Another build I would love to see, my first apartment. Starting with low funds and not so great/used items and a blend of old antique stuff that was gifted to the young adult.

How about an all-women household? We have 4 generations alive at this point, so my great-grandmother, grandmother, mother, and I :D would be interesting to incorporate four generations' worth of styles in one apartment or house!!

You should build a house or apartment for a huge family with lots of people living together. Such as lots of kids and some cousins and maybe the grandma and the weird uncle. Just a house where tons of family and extended family members live. Love the video btw ♡♡

Hey if you get too hot wet a wash cloth and stick it in the freezer for about five to ten minutes and then put it on the back of your neck. Or eat ice. That helps me when I get too hot.

Another family that would be super cool to make is one like the family in the Fosters TV show. I don’t know if you’ve watched it but there’s a great family dynamic and they have a super cool house if you’re looking for inspiration. But even if you don’t build their house, I just like the family. It consists of two moms, one with a kid from a previous marriage who’s a teen/young adult. Then they have four adopted kids, two are teen twins, and the other two are siblings, one a teen, one a child. That’s 9 sims but people could use either MCCC or delete someone!

30 degrees is warm no matter what, but add to that that we don’t have AC in our homes AND our homes are built to keep heat in, so it’s really no wonder

I moved the Jangs Family (townies from the art district) to this lot because it just felt right for them. I love having lots of children in the spice district so they can all play together. This was super appropriate for them, I just changed one of the bedrooms for a workout room.

I'm not Scandinavian I'm Austrian, but I fully agree on the whole "don't put things in front of windows" and "you need sunlight in every room except maybe the bathroom and kitchen" 🤔👍
My 1 bedroom apartment is East-facing; I get SO much sunlight even though I technically only have one window in my bedroom + a sliding door in the living room. Which is beautiful and awesome except I work a night shift and need 100% darkness to sleep during the day. 💀

Interesting perspective. We have 2 windows in our real kitchen, and I almost always put a window above the sink in my Sim houses!
I loved this build! I never play in apartments but this build definitely makes me want to! I also loved hearing your comparisons of Denmark to states in the US. I like in Idaho in the US and have always wanted to visit Denmark.
The blended family reminds me of the Anime Marmalade Boy plot, I didn't watch it but my father did - the son from the other family fell for his future stepsister, Idk if their parents married.
I can't take 25 degree celcius and higher. I'm looking forward to no mistake challenge, I hope you do facecam if you decided to make a no mistake tiny house.

Blended family = Brady Bunch oooooor my ex's family.... His dad had 5 kids with his 2nd wife and married a woman with 4 kids from her first marriage, they then had 3 kids together.

For several years I lived with my parents, two younger siblings, my mum's mum (my nana), my mum's two siblings plus my aunt's son, and occasionally both of my uncle's kids. And a dog and three cats.
We had only had one bathroom. To this day I'm still not sure how we survived that.
It's not a blended family, but it's something (aside from dysfunctional, that is).
Build idea. A two mom couple with 1 biological son (from a previous marriage, this kid is around 18) and two adopted brother-sister pairs.

I have a family dynamic: 2 married gay guys and a young daughter brought over from a relationship that crashed and burned (I feel like one of them is bi) and with a dog too- but the catch is there living in a midsized apartment with not very much cash and only one story. I may or may not be playing with a family just like this currently but I can't build to save my life lol!

Can you do a family kinda similar to this, where the dad was married to someone else, had a couple of kids, divorced his partner, found another person and had a single kid with them? So the kids have a younger half sibling?
I was wondering if at the end of a speed build you could show all the packs you used, because not everyone has all the packs, so when we go to the gallery we get our hopes up and are excited about downloading this apartment, but then we can’t because there would be a lot of stuff missing. Oh, and by the way you speak better English than me and English is my first language.

Family idea: 4 adults 3 children, there was a couple that had three children, they were very wealthy. Since the parents don’t want to leave the children, they each get one side of the apartment (one parents bedroom is on one side of the apartment vice versa) now both parents are in relationships with other people, and share a room with them. One child is a teenager, and the other two are toddlers
Also great build, New Jersey has like 9 million people so to be half the size is amazing... but we are the most densely populated state
you should do a build where a family shares the driveway with the grandparents (it's called a kangaroo build in dutch)
