worked perfectly...i was trying to add a gradient to the color change vs a solid background color change. It didn't like that. But that was just cherry on the top. This was easy and amazing!
actually the gradient randomly started working after I went back in and added the search icon sweet

Brilliant tutorial!!! If you get an error after using this by trying to edit a previously built product page, that says "missing post content module", you can do a workaround in the template by adding a row with the post content module in it, then in module settings, advanced, disabling the visibility checkboxes. It means the post content module is no longer 'missing' but it isn't visible anymore, so you stop getting the error :)

Hey Mak, does the product filter work when you create the shop layout? And what about the search product page? I have been trying this for sometime now but if you search for a product, the layout that comes would be a defulat one from woocommerce and not from the one you could create from Divi. Any suggestions of vids on that?

Hey ! it's very nice ! TY for the video. Please can you tell me why you did not used the globals settings for the styles of fonts ? You always use poppins... Wouldn't it be easier to define this style globally for the whole site, either by the style sheet or by using the global builder functions?

Hi Mak, At the beginning of the tutorial you use a fullwidth header for the homepage. later in the tutorial you use a text option with a picture as background. The advantage of the text option is the scalable picture. Question: Why not the text option for the homepage?

Great guide Mak, as a developer this will help me in building simple e-commerce sites for new clients that don't have the budget for something custom coded.
I do have a question for you though, since you've been using Divi with Wordpress for all this time, have you ever experienced a situation in which you couldn't build something with divi? I'm asking because I'm trying to assess when I should be actually writing code for new peojects vs. just using a theme builder like Divi.

Hi Mak, thanks for this great tutorial - I experienced one issue however (hope you can help). Why do the "product short description" not appear on the product pages? In your video I can see you add product short descriptions but when you publish thhe pages I see only the (primary) decsrption in your product pages? In my case, most of the details of my products appear in the short description so when I publish the product, the short description content doesn't appear at all. This is really a big problem for me. I also cannot see form your video that you have even discussed this at all.

It's possible for Caffe/bakery website to use woo-commerce for preorder (pay on pickup)?
(bakery don't use PayPal for small orders, credit card payment in place is common)
