In Jyotish/ Vedic Astrology, outer planets, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, are not considered and are also not part of Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra or PhalDeepika (Astrology scriptures. I have Jupiter in Pisces, doing Astrology over 15 years now, and have never felt it right considering these outer planets. They are too slow moving, generational and very impersonal planets that do not affect an individual personally at that level.
