When I was in the military, I fell in love with Florida when I was stationed in Jacksonville. Really liked the Tampa area. It's on my bucket list to get back there.

I lived in FL for 30 years & St. Augustine is still my fav town I've ever been to so far. The history there is incredible & I love the mix of the architecture. The Ft. Is cool to visit & the lighthouse & so much more. If you ever go back, on the main road by the water is our fav Pizza joint! (If it's still there!) Hope you have fun in the rest of your trip!
Me too!! Driving by a semi truck gives me the creeps and try to drive faster, long ago we were dragged by a semi and it was on my side so for a while I could not drive by one without being very scared.
It was very neat watching you drive down I95 and knowing exactly where you were. I live in Jacksonville. Can't wait to see you thrift in JAX on BTM and see the stores I go to all of the time through your eyes!

I’m not a fan of jerky or beef sticks. But I watch Cross Timbers Bison on TH-cam and I love that channel. I must admit I have been tempted to try their bison sticks.
Australians eat ROO Meat a huge fan of the Country down under had a Kangaroo Cheeseburger. Not so Great. Recommend NOT eating a Kangaroo meat stick without TUMS available in the medicine cabinet.

Love Florida, lived there 20 years. Our Goodwill(s) are empty these days too. For the last few years, actually.
If your in Jax I recommend Top Golf or going to Town Center. Some cool chill places

That way you take the trolley. You can get on and off anywhere on the trail. Not cheap but worth it, especially in the summer.
