Playing with other people who are kind and are just looking to have fun, is probably the most incredible thing in the world. It is a breath of fresh air in games where the grind seemingly never ends. But I think they have RIU set up so you have to play with others to make progression easier. That is my guess, I may not be the best at deduction, but I try to find the positive even in the bleakest moments and things.
If that's the intentional design, that seems like a really evident flaw. Not everyone has friends that play these games (Never mind get themselves to level 60+ to fight Jotaro for example) and even then, I can beat Jotaro pretty easily by myself, it just still takes forever. All having another person there does is have someone share in your misery, and misery loves company after all

I was just throwing the possibility out there. This is actually impressive. I’ve seen so many TH-camrs beg devs for free admin things, levels, you name it. I’m not saying it’s too much of a bad thing, everyone wants to make good videos. I’m just saying you have my respect for actually grinding it out in respect of the devs.

I'm not the communities mouthpiece though TBH, especially when it comes to grind. It seems to me that I'm regularly the only one that has issues with fighting the same enemies over and over, and insane random drop chances.
@@EclipseGameplays well even though you're not the mouthpiece, i still think that your takes on the games you play are 100% valid and interesting. by personal experience, i was an OLD Stand Upright player, yes that garbage game, i had too much fun with it, but now seeing these games that are entirely different, but with the same "kill the same npc till certain level" idea is so tiring and stupid. I personally, would LOVE a game where you get stronger by actually fighting, not making it too hard nor to easy to level up, i dont think its a great idea to level up by fighting players since it will be kinda unfair for new players to fight higher levels or roam around finding new players to fight with, but a game where there are npcs, and the more you fight with players and npcs, the more skill you aquire, with new builds, abilities and content, is a game i'd crave for. But i got to say, making new games with new ideas is quite hard, which is quite understandable on why people make these games look simillar to each other in terms of grinding, i dont agree with them, but i can see where they are coming from.
I mean if your looking for a game like that you could play deepwoken. It falls a little too much much in the hard category but if you really want a challenge then play that.
Deepwoken is really not that good, for me yeah i know it has what i would like to play but first, its a paid access game, second, i really HATE deepwoken combat, the way it works feel so janky and unpolished, and third the new recent updates just makes me like the game even less, mainly because of the introduction of voidwalkers or whatever the name is, i just dont find it enjoyable anymore.

I know this is over a year after the video was released, but some of the problems that were said in this video were actually solved. The cutscene skip is now in every trial, even in multiple cutscenes. Trials are now all in the main menu as well. There are also other changes, but I'd recommend you try out the 77 rings trial now, if you want to get to level 70.

Two interesting thing of what Eclipse said on the vid "Grind as requirement is bad game design and having it optional is good" "You can still do the same thing again, and still have it be gameplay, but when that gameplay stops being fun it turns into grind" are the reasons even with all their issues that i still praised AUT and that i stongly disagree with anyone that got mad over PvP having every spec/stand unlocked (and the lack of a level system) The reason i don't play YBA and i really wanted to is because the grind is awful, and its not just the level grind if it was that i would be fine, but the grind for the stand you wanna use if you like switching is also awful (literally you can only get tusk by hacking or trading a skin) People shouldn't be forced to deal with the awful pve that is 99% of the roblox RPGs (even the well made ones like GPO have shty pve to the point of them making a BR that has almost 0 PvE requirement to play it because they used to have less players than obby maps), if you're not trying to make good pve content, then by god don't force me to play your trash, its one of the most scummy actions that a roblox game dev does, which is doing that awful boring and long pve, just so the game can have high player count, because people are more often stuck in pve than playing a bunch of pvp, because unlike pvp, in pve they're forced to, it's a chore, pvp you're having fun (sometimes), pve if you're not playing like a minimum wage worker then you're not unlocking anything until you have 1 month into the game So yes, if you think aut unlocking every stand/spec for PvP is wrong you're stupid, and no one should be praised with pvp advantage because they're stupid enough to punch legoman and his alternate skins for the spam of a week
Level 100 here, the grind is absolutely awful, just like eclipse said cutscenes take forever and the trials dont give you enough EXP after youre around level 70-80, unless youre playing on the weekend you wont be getting a level every 1-2 runs on diavolo, jotaro isnt easier, think of it that youre fighting jp6 in yba except this guy can kill you so easily and the parry system in this game is horrendous
Didn't make it a huge point in the video, but I absolutely hate when the mid section cutscene plays, and then it spawns you right next to the boss with your stand disabled, and then you get hit by the Beatdown and die in 1 hit
@@EclipseGameplays it’s really annoying that it’s spawns you right next to them but from my experience even if you have about 1/2 the HP upgrades you survive a BD at full HP with a round 1/3~ health remaining from jotaros beatdown.
here is the best way i know of to beat SBR step 1: gather 4 other people with tusk act 4 with high enough level to get a full skill tree on tusk act 4, lots of skills in the spec tree and good stats in the player skill tree step 2: create a squad that your friends has to request to join so no randoms joins the squad and ruins it (sometimes that doesnt happen and the randoms are genuenily good players) step 3: avoid trouble in all stages (except the final stage) step 4: obliterate your enemies with the squad filled with people who has the big boy himself with them step 5: enjoy your prizes edit: i also forgot to mention, there are corpse parts in the stages but people fight over em so i just avoid getting any completely

Eclipse, stopping to play roblox isn't killing your own channel if you don't want to play it then don't force yourself. Remember that even if you lost alot of people who came here from roblox, you also got a community from those videos even if small there is still people who are willing to watch you whatever the content so don't compare the roblox jojo videos to the subnautica videos for exemple and just do what you enjoy
Riu has so much potential it just needs a combat rework which i hope is somewhat similar to gpo because no jojo game has a combat system similar to that game
maybe in the future you can find a good friend who consistently plays with you so that games like this arent a boring drag and you get to talk to someone during a recording

The reason i don't play YBA and i really wanted to is because the grind is awful, and its not just the level grind if it was that i would be fine, but the grind for the stand you wanna use if you like switching is also awful (literally you can only get tusk by hacking or trading a skin)
People shouldn't be forced to deal with the awful pve that is 99% of the roblox RPGs (even the well made ones like GPO have shty pve to the point of them making a BR that has almost 0 PvE requirement to play it because they used to have less players than obby maps), if you're not trying to make good pve content, then by god don't force me to play your trash, its one of the most scummy actions that a roblox game dev does, which is doing that awful boring and long pve, just so the game can have high player count, because people are more often stuck in pve than playing a bunch of pvp, because unlike pvp, in pve they're forced to, it's a chore, pvp you're having fun (sometimes), pve if you're not playing like a minimum wage worker then you're not unlocking anything until you have 1 month into the game
So yes, if you think aut unlocking every stand/spec for PvP is wrong you're stupid, and no one should be praised with pvp advantage because they're stupid enough to punch legoman and his alternate skins for the spam of a week

Level 100 here, the grind is absolutely awful, just like eclipse said cutscenes take forever and the trials dont give you enough EXP after youre around level 70-80, unless youre playing on the weekend you wont be getting a level every 1-2 runs on diavolo, jotaro isnt easier, think of it that youre fighting jp6 in yba except this guy can kill you so easily and the parry system in this game is horrendous
Didn't make it a huge point in the video, but I absolutely hate when the mid section cutscene plays, and then it spawns you right next to the boss with your stand disabled, and then you get hit by the Beatdown and die in 1 hit
@@EclipseGameplays it’s really annoying that it’s spawns you right next to them but from my experience even if you have about 1/2 the HP upgrades you survive a BD at full HP with a round 1/3~ health remaining from jotaros beatdown.

@ok probably because you played on a 2x time, it took me around 4 days with each like 2-3 hours of gameplay time to get maxed out

here is the best way i know of to beat SBR
step 1: gather 4 other people with tusk act 4 with high enough level to get a full skill tree on tusk act 4, lots of skills in the spec tree and good stats in the player skill tree
step 2: create a squad that your friends has to request to join so no randoms joins the squad and ruins it (sometimes that doesnt happen and the randoms are genuenily good players)
step 3: avoid trouble in all stages (except the final stage)
step 4: obliterate your enemies with the squad filled with people who has the big boy himself with them
step 5: enjoy your prizes
edit: i also forgot to mention, there are corpse parts in the stages but people fight over em so i just avoid getting any completely

Eclipse, stopping to play roblox isn't killing your own channel if you don't want to play it then don't force yourself.
Remember that even if you lost alot of people who came here from roblox, you also got a community from those videos even if small there is still people who are willing to watch you whatever the content so don't compare the roblox jojo videos to the subnautica videos for exemple and just do what you enjoy
Riu has so much potential it just needs a combat rework which i hope is somewhat similar to gpo because no jojo game has a combat system similar to that game
