This is Pianta 's second channel, where he plays league of legends on stream. We mostly post League of Legends stream highlight videos. This channel has best of stream content. None of the games played on this channel are ranked games. This channel was started in season 11, but it is now season 14 and we still post at least twice a week. I love league of legends! - เกม

From what I understand, Riot does have people who work on balance, but I can't recall if there is any dedicated team for that. But Riot DOES have people who work on balance. Whether or not you agree with that balance depends on your skill level (and I mean that literally; champions get buffs and nerfs depending on your elo).
It's easy to hate on League's balancing system, and sometimes they do make mistakes (which they clearly admit to by hotfixing certain things), but you have to remember that these are people who literally have to do math for their job. If you wouldn't want to do math for your job, try to have a little bit of empathy.
@@nomoretwitterhandles don't worry i know that someone in riot is working on the balancing, i can just relate very good to that joke because i played a lot during the heartsteel meta and bruiser-assassin meta, which both happened in season 13. I know that they have a balance team that mainly focuses on higher elos, not on garen who is op in bronze or smth, but they often make very questionable changes that impact every elo. Look at gragas right now for example, he is completely busted in higher elos and decent in lower elos, but riot decided to give him buffs anyways. What i am still waiting for are the crit adc buffs, because if you tried to play crit adc recently you would notice its, not really a fun thing to do, obviously because they lost their only mobility item in season 14. I'm a xayah and samira main and i can tell that i have never felt that useless during my league playtime, xayah just doesn't have damage and while samira does have damage, she doesn't get to utilize it properly because she just dies instantly. That's because tank items and ap items are just busted right now. while crit items kinda didn't get any additions or buffs. Only thing i can think of are small essence reaver ad buffs and kraken being onhit instead of onattack. But instead of buffing crit items, they rather buff terminus (an onhit adc item (for kogmaw, varus, etc)), and consider getting runaas hurricane on melee champs. Crit adc is in a worse spot than during the heartsteel meta, and riot had 3 months to change that now, but didn't move a finger to really care for the balancing of the 5 roles. Supports nowadays just abondon the adc early on because they are useless anyways, getting oneshot by every mage ability and oneshot by akali R1 and Q while not having galeforce to somehow get some sort of mobility. Ad twisted fate also is something incredible disgusting currently, and what is riot's solution? Nerfing his ap ratios. I am pretty confident that riot isn't even really aware of the balancing state until they see a twitter post of some big streamer complaining about a champ. Yes I understand that they can't just throw changes into the game without thinking abou them properly but I think anyone who understands the math of league could do big balance improvements on their own
EDIT: i just watched the new vandiril video that came out 2 hours ago, and it appears that the items of every class except for crit adcs are getting nerfed ( such as making serrated dirk lose 3 lethality ) so i guess after 3 months riot finally does some changes to make crit adcs better (tho only epic items get changed, the legendaries stay the same so i am not sure how much that actually impacts crit adcs)

Next patch: Tristana W gets 40% extra ap ratio, E at max stacks gets 350% ap ratio, ult gets 120% extra ap ratio
Hopefully Teemo will also get buffed so tenmo player can finally reach challenger
