- Hello all, I'm back with yet another video. This time, It's something different! I've made two condos. The first one is more of an urban design, with darker colors. The second one is a brighter condo. They are very different, but I like them. The setting is Bridgeport =)

Can you possibly ask Curtis paradise for his California mansions? And possibly redo it with custom content? Or even build a giant traditional mansion like that with cc? Because I have much custom content but am not very good at rearranging things; thanks! Great video!

How can you see the upstairs floor from the down stairs floor? On my game it shows the sky.

The double floor view only works when you are n live mode. To view it like you see here, you have to adjust your TAB view (when you press tab)

when i download a house and i get the custom content with i put the tables and counters in that are custom content but then it wont allow me to put any decorations or or sinks on it they just like get put under the table in and dont appear on the surface does anyone know how to fix that pease it would be a great help

The expansion packs I have are Ambitions, Late night, World Adventures and Pets. It should work If you just have the base game. It doesn't matter if you have the expansions. It would only matter if I lets say put a cat bed in them, or if I had an object from world adventures. The house would still work, it's just that that single object wouldn't show up =)
Ah yes, you are right on that. You do need Late night.

when I try to recolor them its says: floors cannot be recolourable or something like that...

Go to options and into your graphics and slide one of the bars. it should say mirrors only and you can improve the graphics beyond that i think
But these are condos and condos came with LN, so what would happen if someone downloaded these? Would they still be fully functional?
Will you be moving on to the sims 4 and help Form it with the rest of the community ?

go to settings there will be reflection settings for water and mirrors set it higher ;)

you have to download TSR rigfix... type that on google and you will find step by step of how to do it, but it was slightly difficult

BUT THE SIMS 3 DOESNT HAVE A CONDO/ APT GAME!!! SO HOW WOULD MULTIPLE PPL BE ABLE TO LIVE IN THESE???? AND WILL THEY SHOW UP THE WAY YOU SHOW THEM HERE? FURNITURE AND EVERYTHING?
Seriously, you don't have to use caps lock. And the Sims 3 does have apartments, they came in the Late Night EP, in Bridgeport, which the builder made this apartment. And yes, when downloading the house, all the content will come with it.
I don't put anything but EACH store content into my game because it's just asking for problems. The games glitchy enough without adding to it. Though the cc does look beautiful. Also upping the graphics could be problematic too because then fps run higher, computer has to work harder which means computer gets very hot, freezes, crashes etc. All that fun stuff. I know I've been there. So no outside cc for me.

actually go to your settings and change it, i cant remember which one it is so just go through the entire settings until you find it, it should be under something like visual settings

I like these but it would be nice if you told us what expansion packs and stuff packs we need. It's obvious that we need LN, but some people might not know that and then they might download these, not knowing that they won't work in their game unless they have a certain expansion pack or stuff pack.
Sorry, but I thought I needed to point that out.
Nice condos btw. I have LN but I don't have it installed because I don't like the vampires that are in it. I'd download these if I had it installed.

Did you use this cheat? "RestrictBuildBuyInBuildings true"
having this cheat will allow you to edit the walls for your apartement, and add maybe bigger apartement! keep up the good work!
