NASA naps are great, if you have an afternoon slump :). So you just drink a coffee and then take a nap for 20 minutes cause the coffein needs these 20 minutes to start “working”. After the nap you will (hopefully) feel energised 💕

The energy thing happens to me when I’m going through a hard time, I think avoiding coffee is better so you don’t crash in a few hours, I tend to snack on fruit throughout the day especially if have had a Carby lunch! And lots of water xx
