What is the volume knob used for below the PA function? Does this control the volume of PA announcements made from this panel, or can PA announcements made by others be monitored?

The volume knob below the PA use to increase or decrease the volume on PA channel. You can hear other person announcement or even the Cabin Attendant announcement when they use the PA channel
