Currently, only digital DRIVE and Jota Drive are stable in terms of views. (I'm the owner of several such channels, the videos got from 40k to 100k+ views, and the new videos just don't get promoted and don't even get 5k views. Although the CTR and retention are even better than usual. In my TH-cam experience, this is the first time I've encountered this. This looks like a shadow ban but doesn't seem to exist.
