I left the house with my 2 kids yesterday, to run some quick errands. I got in the car and looked at myself in the rearview mirror and was like "Eesh, I'm out in public like this?" My 10 year old said "I think you look beautiful". I always thought my mom looked beautiful too ❤ If only we saw ourselves through our children's eyes 😍 Happy Mothers Day, Ladies!

This is so perfect for busy moms!… 40 year old mom of 6 kids all under 9 years old speaking here 😂… only thing I would add is a little highlighter on the “high points” as they say… and if I have an extra minute I will do a very simple liquid eyeliner wing in brown… I just think it really makes you look put together if there is time 😉…

We need a summer travel skincare and makeup routine that we can carry on! I always have the hardest time narrowing down what to take and I usually feel like my skin is dried out, which makes everything look worse!
Thank you Andrea! I am raising alone for now my 8 month old, struggling so hard with depression and anxiety and honestly, makeup is helping me feeling better. I am blessed that, for now😄, my baby is pretty chill and waits patiently for me to put on makeup (and admires me while I do it😁).
Best wishes! I have 10 children; I can definitely attest to the usefulness of bassinets or play pens to hold the little ones while you get ready. They don’t mind, they just want to be near you! Allowing yourself time to shower and look presentable doesn’t take anything away from your child, so keep it up! I hope you’re doing well 😊

I am a mother of four teenagers and the video fits again 😊. Little sleep, you wait for your children every night to come home healthy. Small children-little worries/big children - big worries😅.A simple but very nice look. By the way you look without sleep and make up so beautiful 💕
You said it perfectly… 😅 when my children were young, I couldn’t wait for them to grow up … now they are all grown up and I have to wait for them to get home … I pray aloooot so they arrive safely . I really do not sleep at all. I wish they were little again and I could just tuck them in their beds and go to sleep without any worry at all. 😂

Yes, I'm a smoker and sometime when I'm really tired, I look blueish grey. I think it also has something to do with the lack of blood circulation on the face when I don't get enough sleep or exercise. It is soooo true. And thank you for the tip!!! Also, Happy Mother's Day to all! I'm not a mother and may not be able to (not by choice, by health wise) but I'm pretty content being a dog-mom and a cool aunt for my nephew and nieces 🥰

I’ve got two daughters under 5 years and I’m pregnant with my third (girl, of course 😂). And my daily makeup routine is 3 steps:
Step 1: I apply ALL my complexion stuff in one go: squeeze moisturiser, tinted SPF and glow stuff on my hand, rub it together and then apply to my face all over. Bam!
Step 2: I pick one feature to focus one only:
- either a stronger lip OR
- brownish eyeshadow (in this case will use concealer too) OR
- that sunburnt cheek look with a cream blush. But only one of these!
Step 3: brown mascara, always.
Done. Takes about 3 minutes.
Bam! Hahaha you speak my language 😅
The Violette_FR Bisou Balm - Amor Fou is absolutely gorgeous! This color is so beautiful. It's matte, however, is definitely still a Balm. It's long-lasting, sheer, buildable coverage. Soft, velvety finish without being sticky or tacky. This is really my dream balm!! ❤ Plus the vanilla scent is scrumptious! 😊

I had both my children young. I am 45 now and waiting on grandchildren. I have so much respect for people who have children in their 30’s and 40’s. I would not have the energy to chase after little ones now.

I have twin sons they're 28 and on they're own, thank goodness. I was a single mother, worked a full time job, cooked homemade meals on Sundays to reheat during the week. I didn't think about how much effort it took I just did it, or maybe I was too busy to think about it. But I survived and love my young men very much. I think women are able to multi-task better. I feel your pain but in the end you will be so happy. Now I'm waiting on grandchildren. 😂

You are such a brilliant artist! So simple, so effective! I've been using lightly applied bronzer to sculpt, and blush high across cheek and lightly on upper eyelid for awhile. Keeps me looking and feeling youthful and rested! 😘

Beautiful look, Andreea! I have not yet tried the Hourglass concealer, but I love love love the Ambient Soft Glow foundation. I am Shade 3. It is my Holy Grail foundation. My favorite setting powder is Kosas Cloud Set. I use the "Breezy" shade. I am the dark end of cool fair. It is so soft and never cakes. I am 60 with normal to dry skin. I am the mom of a 22-yr-old daughter who lives with me and a 25-yr-old son who is taking college classes and working, lives with his girlfriend. Motherhood doesn't end at 18, lol. When the kids were little, I worked from home as a freelance editor. Life as a mom is crazy! Happy Mother's Day to all of the moms on here!

Another great video- thank you and Happy Mother’s Day to you! I heard someone say once that “your eyebrows are sisters, but not twins” so I don’t sweat it on the days I don’t have time to use eyebrow gel to shape them 👍🏻👍🏻. Perfectly imperfect.
I love the look but to me that’s more a my husband has to look after the toddler and soon baby in order to get this done. For me more realistic everyday is:
Step 1: apply Vieve skin nova
Step 2: conceal under eyes
Step 3: apply cream bronzer and blush and use that as my eyeshadow as well
Step 4: curl lashes
And done.
If I need more coverage I usually do step 3 before step 2 then mix my tinted moisturiser with the Vieve skin dew and apply all over.
Doing proper eyeshadow and tightlining and mascara is more time consuming. I use a clear brow gel first thing when I get up after washing my face but no brow pencil. I overall try to be done within 15min with my whole morning routine.
I love love love this!!!! More tutorials like this pls. I'm makeup artist in SA. We have like zero time due to severe load shedding, traffic, crime etc so there is NO time for Mom. You're always at thr bottom of the list. I love your style Andrea. Maybe some mom quick, stylish dress tips and maybe accessorizing and maybe doing things for yourself..... just some things I'd enjoy...... have a super Sunday everyone. Xx

I have found that eye drops and a white eyeliner on the bottom waterline are helpful to looking well rested and healthy.

Happy mother's day! I totally share your view, we are damn heroes! My secret weapon against greyish skin is the new Violette's Dullness rescue serum. I usually throw on concealer and the Terracotta, do my brows and add a little mascara or liner. That's 5 minutes and off you go 😊

Very beautiful but I would really like the youtube makeup artists vloggers to do their make up in natural light like next to a window or outside so we can actually see what the make up and skin really looks like. Seeing these looks with all the lights makes us more stressed as mom than making us happy as we compare our skin to yours and of course we don't stand a chance...
