Tiki guy chiming in. Love the Golden Tiki (Had my bachelor party there and it accommodated my very large group), but Frankie's in downtown is a definite must if you like tiki drinks (drinks are great and so are the prices, plus they have a variety of mugs available for purchase). The only bad thing about Frankie's is the smoke, even if there's nobody smoking in there, you'll leave smelling like you smoke a pack a day. As for the Sand Dollar, been to both for the Christmas pop ups. The Chinatown lication hosted Miracle (which isn't specifically tiki, but has some tiki and non-tiki cocktails.) The Downtown location hosted BeachBum Berry's Sippin Santa which is much more tiki themed with its own fun array of mugs. I try to do one or both of those events each year at various places, it's a lot of fun. Also, Herbs and Rye is another great bar (that also serves great steaks). If you're sticking to the strip, Cosmo has a bunch of great ones that I'm sure people already know about like the Chandelier bar, Superfrico and Ghost Donkey. Casa Playa at the Encore also has its own bar (the menu of which was designed by the same person that did Chandelier bar).
