are bikes actually safe not locked to a tree or post/rails? To me the tire lock doesn't really discourage a thief from stealing it. That Tea Shop was amazing, imagine a small shop with low margins offering free products to disabled people. Big corporations wouldn't even do that without a hitch and if they did their margins are so high, they can absorb the cost.
