🇪🇬COW HEAD: In a big pot called Hala, add Sausage, liver and green chili. Fry. Add into Egyptian bread with onions and serve with tahini and salsa.
🇪🇬RICE PUDDING: Add rice, water, milk, sugar and mix it. Add some drops of vanilla. Cook it until it has a porridge texture.

I am simply blown away by how hard working, dedicated, passionate and humble these amazing people are to present us such quality shows for free. This video is a great advertisement for Apple of what the iphone is capable of with professional editing, a gimbal and some lights, great job!
I am an Apple fanboy. But the color and depth is just not there compared to larger camera. Small sensor like iPhone has need a lot of light to get a beautiful shot. Sure AI in iPhone can help a bit but there is only so much it can do currently. There is a reason why normal camera and lens is much bigger.
It's the same if you have an android. Camera qualities don't differ a lot when you record in the sunlight

I’m Egyptian and I never eat the lamb’s head or the pigeon’s spine , that was extreme even for most Egyptians … but what is really delicious is stuffed pigeons (without eating spine) 😍 … Also the other meal is molokhia with Egyptian rice and we take with them chicken or meat to be a complete meal ! Both meals are among my very favorite 😍

@@vl507 incredibly delicious. but unfortunately, very few in Egypt could cook it right , .. the best of all them is that one in the video, it’s called “farahat” , that small restaurant has branches now , he is the best with no equal , so if you ever visit Egypt order the pigeons only from him to have the best experience in this meal👍
I've always loved Egyptian, and MENA food in general despite hating lamb. I like young lamb in heavily spiced kebab, but I grew up in rural England and my parents cooked strong mutton half the week, so the smell of strong lamb makes me sick. XD

Sonny, dude I have to say that Egypt is probably your best production...HANDS DOWN! I LOVED every second, I didn't want the video(s) to end. I've watched it all out of order BUT THOUROUGHY ENJOYED EVERY SECOND OF EVERY MINUTE...and as you can see, I've written with caps to show emphasis.
The parallels between native Mexican cooking and Eygptian cooking are fascinating. I live in Sol Cal so the whole pit thing is still new to me.

I grew up in North Africa and the first time I tried Mexican food it felt oddly familiar. Still feels like comfort food to me because there are so many similarities to the food I grew up on.
it s historical: Spain had big Moorish(Arab) influences centuries ago up until very recent history
I'm algerian (North Africa) i once Saw a documentery about Mexico i was blown away by the similarities (food, the colorful traditionnal clothes and dishes like those one made with clay)
Mexican food has a lot of arab influence because a lot of arab people immigrated to mexico in the 1900s. For example, el trompo de los tacos al pastor was brought to mexico by lebannese people. Birria was also brought by them. Arabs assimilated into the mexican population

What is the way to reconcile our peace and relationship with God?
Q3. Do you know the Story of Jesus?
(3) Romans 5:8 KJV [8] But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Jesus = God who lived up in Heaven, but he came down on earth and became a man like us, he lived for 33.5 years without committing any sin. Then there were certain people who were jealous and therefore framed him on phony charges, and crucified him. Then he was buried and resurrected on the third day; Now he lives in HEAVEN.
Q4. Do you know why Jesus went through all this bloody mess for us?
A4. As mentioned, our sin is the reason why we can’t go to heaven, and the only thing that can wash away our sin is the Blood of Jesus.
(4) Romans 5:9 KJV [9] Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
According to the bible, the only way for us to reconcile with God is through Christ Jesus’s blood, and not through any works that we do or merits we accumulate, such as water baptism, attending church, or any good thing that we do. The following verses clearly support this.
(5) Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV [8] For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: [9] Not of works, lest any man should boast.
(6) 2 Corinthians 7:10 KJV [10] For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.
In order to get saved, repentance of one’s sin is needed to get saved, we need to be sorry, and repent, with conviction, that we are a wretched sinner.
(7) Romans 10:9 KJV [9] That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
If you truly do believe in everything you have heard in the gospel, ,I strongly suggest you to make a proclamation to GOD! You can say it to God in less than 15 seconds !Repeat after this simple prayer, to make sure you truly get saved. Remember repeating this prayer doesn't save you, it's you telling God you BELIEVE THE GOSPEL. Ok, here is the prayer :
‘Dear GOD,
I know I am a sinner, as I repent, I put my faith, that Jesus is GOD, and that he died, buried and resurrected, so that his blood, can wash away my Sins. I put my faith in that alone to save me, not my good works. In Jesus’s holy name, I pray. Amen!

Download /Buy a KJV bible (I highly suggest getting a hard copy bible , as one day, it will be illegal to buy, own or even have an online version of the bible) and search for youtube channel like REAL Bible Believers , Spencer Smith to help you grow , study dispensationalism to understand the bible ( How do we reconcile the verses in the New Testament that tell us that we need works to show our faith, and another that tells us that nothing that can take our salvation away? Honestly, you need a proper tour guide who can not only handle any government related problems but also explain the food, plus you definitely got overcharged. Also, all the food you tried doesn't even scratch the surface of Egyptian food. You basically went to the ghetto's of Egypt and that might be why the police said it wasn't a proper representation of Egypt and deleted it. Although, definitely not an excuse to delete anything ESPECIALLY if you have a permit. Next time, post a story that you're going to Egypt and you'll find many locals who would love to show you around and show you how to shoot without getting caught haha. Grew up in Cairo for a number of years, and Sonny you hit the nail on the ;) Head (; Locals are lovely authorities are a challenge. Bread is aysh baladi (country bread). Head out to back streets behind Khan al khalili and also back through tahrir sq. to be honest you could ape and a year In Cairo and not cover 10%, also definitely try the shawarma with the turshan and bamya molkaya is amazing

I am Egyptian and I never eat lamb head before, sure you saw by yourself the wondering eyes around you in “nagahy”that you are foreigner and eat these meals , I think the last chef dish was a test for you but you did pass it 💪
I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack just watching this. So much fatty, greasy, slimey, absolutely tasty looking meats and innards. My favorite, especially those dark and thin slices. What a beautiful country full of delicious looking food and nice people. Too bad the people in charge gave you a hard time. It's like they actually want tourism to fail there.

Seriously, so on point. As an American with an Egyptian Lineage, I would love to talk with you about traditional Egyptian Cuisine. Egyptians are some of the most hardheaded and principled people on the planet!! However, the cuisine is well worth the effort, and you did a great job finding the silver-lining amidst the whole camera confiscation situation. Wasn't surprised for a second how difficult Egypt was for your food review hahaha.

I'm surprised by both episodes that tahini is so new to a person that has eaten so many different food-stuffs from so many different countries. It put things in context of how much he's just "doing the locale"

Alot of mexicans dishes have roots from the middle east, including tacos and the trompo style. Middle east immigrants took their way of cooking to mexico, and mexico infused there own spanish/ aztec flavors into it.

Insane how similar Egypt and Mexico are in terms of their food and Pyramids eventhough they are worlds apart literally.
Spain was influenced and colonized by Muslims over 800 years before they colonized South America so the Spanish brought to you Muslim culture and even vocabularies.

The houses of ancient Egypt are very beautiful and are thousands of years old. I love the old houses over the new ones, and the atmosphere of Cairo at night 🌹

I’m amazed just how good those iPhones are. People spend thousands on cameras and microphones. This series of videos filmed in Cairo on iPhones looks just as good and sounds as good as any high end video camera and microphone. Impressive.

Idea: Review American food served in local establishments in foreign countries. Mexico does hamburgers, wings, lasaña, pizza, and more great. Germany does Tex-Mex superbly. Etc.
