I am a Black businessman from the USA, it is good to see this information reaching and being applied in Africa. In the west we take pitches negotiations ethics and numbers for granted as part of what we must do to succeed in our very competitive environment where the turf was cut up and claimed long ago. In Africa often there are no competitors or they are inept or remiss, but the consumer deserves better and will pay for excellence. This is why we members of the African Diaspora are here in Africa now we clearly see the potential because here we at least are not dealing with the head winds of bigotry and racism. I can remember in business college and University some of the issued he mentioned being taught as part of the basic business courses.

wow, i almost see Mugabe in Strive. I see both man in myself. but wow, When great leaders speak, its obvious that kind of thinking gets you wherever you wish to be

@@usejasiri haha, They are both great leaders in they're time, some successful international Zimbabweans could not have been who they are if Mugabe didn't play his part, I'm sure every1 expects, so we may have expected Bob to make Zim America lite, but that didn't happen. Its not his fault, but not setting that vision would have been his fault, I did grade1-7 knowing Mugabe is leader and prices fluctuated true, staff happened, but still, I went to the next grade and grew because of our environment. I think that's a sign the leader was doing something right, although the wrong, you could point them out all day, but still,, He did something right too. Leaders have vision and direction the young will implement and innovate to create new visions and directions their young will implement also.
