How beautiful! I found this from the Bing 12 Apostles. So appreciative of seeing how awesome Australia is. I am from landlocked, mostly, Ohio, USA, and we do have so much beauty in the States but so nice to see the rest of the world through the Internet. Almost moved to Australia when a child. Must see in TH-cam videos for now, but certainly hope to visit. Thanks for the flicks. Will use these to send to my very stressed coworkers. I think that is the norm these days all over the world anymore; so wonderful to take a few minutes and watch your films...

Turbo Brain thank you so much for your very kind comments. I'm so glad you enjoy watching my films and I hope one day you get the opportunity to come visit us in Australia. Thanks again for taking the time to comment. All the very best to you . :)

I have been to your state to Cleveland, when young in the M.M. I loved your backyard, e.g. the Great Lakes. I sailed up there about 5 times on ocean going ships. What a thrill it was every trip! I moved to Aus. In 1964 and have never left. I hope that you can visit this beautiful country one day. Cheers.

Lost World is a beautiful and peaceful film. The music is not only perfect but it get inside as the visuals take hold and transport the mind. I remember watching this a few years back and it was probably one of the first five of your films I ever watched. I even remember reacting the same way back then as I did this time around. Definitely high on my list of Selmes films.

Thanks Grant, i remember trialing a self built camera jib crane that i used in a number of shots for this one. It worked pretty well but was so heavy and awkward to carry through the rainforest. It got me some great shots but it was just to impractical to use on a regular basis.

Is this where they filmed Conan Doyle's The Lost World TV show? The waterfall at 30 seconds in, is that where Malone was sitting in episode 6 writing in his journal?

This is simply just Stunning - our national parks need protecting, especially places like Springbrook that are World Heritage Listed, such a shame so many Gold Coasters & SE Qld'rs have no idea of what they have in their own back yard. Thank you for filming this so beautifully.

Amazing work showcasing our natural beauty on the GC. I walk these mountains almost every weekend & it never ceases to amaze. Recognised a lot of spots, but can’t place 2:45 & the waterfall...Edit: ah I figured it, thanks!
