Malema's branch benchmark necessary and relevant - Swana

Political analyst Sandile Swana says EFF leader Julius Malema's plan to disqualify branches that do not meet the minimum requirements from participating in the electoral conference was a "necessary and relevant" idea. Swana adds that this would work as an audit mechanism to avoid having bogus branches within the party.
