Loudermilk is one of those shows that is overlooked for years until it slowly builds popularity and finds a massive fan base. Seriously though, it is one of the greatest shows I’ve ever watched. So funny, so smart and so real. His potential relationships not working out especially. Banging Claire’s mom was awesome too
Can confirm. Just started watching it 2 days ago and as I struggle to control my cannabis use due to negavtive emotions, it connected to me. I'm 25 as my age reference.
I am an alcoholic and I can say that loudermilk is very cathartic and it helps me stay sober to laugh at the alcoholic/addiction jokes. I hope this shows gets renewed because it does alot of good for us people struggling with addiction.
This is a fantastic show. I just watched all three seasons - excellent binge watch. His relationship with his narcissistic father and how he tries to keep integrity while speaking his truth.., all the antics.. of everyday recovery .. and the classic opening scene in episode one, at the coffee shop.. fucking gold. ✨💗🙌
This guy is admirably honest and humble. I haven’t seen this show because it’s currently unavailable everywhere. That’s why I’m watching this. I’m hunting for it. Now I just want to see it more.
Love Livingston, just starting Loudermilk and as an alcoholic, I was kind of skeptical of how true to life this would be. So far, he’s doing a good job.
I remember, from one of Band of Brothers interviews, someone mentioned that Ron doesn't attended interviews n all, was evident as he was not present during those interviews with the rest of the cast, was a surprise to see him here.. 😮
I never knew about that show until binging the series couple weeks ago. That show was amazing. No BS just straight reality that hits with dark humor and no F's given. The *perfect* tv series for my city. About damn time too. It's been Frasier and a bunch of rom-coms for my city until this show hit. (Most likely due to so many shows coming out to fill the void of lack of things to do during COVID is why I missed it when it first came out.)
Loudermilk! This was a great little show that I saw all 3 seasons of on Amazon Prime about a year ago. Sadly, they've now removed the show from Prime in my area. I really loved Livingston's one season show with Rosemarie Dewitt, Standoff. That show had a really good cast that gelled right from the get-go.
God I love Loudermilk. I've had to work with people with this characters attitude. There's nothing like getting your ass handed to you from a guy that knows his words.
watching this after i watched the serie is so weird hhhh when he finished what he said here in that interview i was waiting for the new guy to say something 😅😅
At 1:58 he states that somebody offered to become his sponsor. I went to A.A. for years. Nobody ever asked me if they could be my sponsor. I had to ask them and a lot of times they would say no.
Because they found out he was an actor and wanted to latch on. Regular people have to struggle on their own, unfortunately. I can't find a sponsor either but in my case it works out better that way. Never lose hope.
I started watching the show because someone said to me while acting like myself, for better or for worse, and the person said "You ever watch Loudermilk because you remind me of him." I watched the show and I had mixed feelings about the comparison because let's be honest Loudermilk would be insufferable but you know what there is a lot of soul and charm to the show, and the characters. Sometimes that voice to say whats on your mind, regardless of the probable fallout, is just too good not to feed. I don't drink but I used to, definitely too much, and since quitting I'll be honest I went the "dry drunk" route in my life. I try to be a better man since but I still have that brazen wit looking for an outlet and let's hope you aren't the guy in front of me in the queue at the gas station and you made the idiotic decision to buy a lottery ticket and scratch it out while there is a line behind you who hasn't had their morning coffee.

The story of Ron Livingston's career
I am an alcoholic and I can say that loudermilk is very cathartic and it helps me stay sober to laugh at the alcoholic/addiction jokes. I hope this shows gets renewed because it does alot of good for us people struggling with addiction.
Agreed
His portryal of Capt. Lewis Nixon from Band of Brothers was a perfect rendition of a high functioning alcoholic. Loved that character.
Thanks for reminding me of his part in that series.
Please bring this show back. As a recovering alcoholic, I can relate.
We need more of Ron Livingston. Loudermilk is addicting and if you are fan you gotta see his performance, its infectious...
this is a guy I could be friends with -
Very underrated actor. Need to see him more
Season 4! Please! I'm ready to enter the bargaining stage of grief to make this happen
Ron Livingston is underrated.
SO MUCH
The word underrated is so overrated. Its a trend i didnt see coming lol
Band of brothers, office space, loudermilk. He may not be in a lot, but it’s quality work everything he is in.
Af
meh. he's decent.
10 minutes into the 1st episode and I hit add to watchlist. Fell in love with his style. He's hilarious and adorable as a curmudgeon.
The cold opens really sets the tone for the show and the character.
I learned a new word today! Thx!

OMG! I didn't know there was three!
This guy is admirably honest and humble. I haven’t seen this show because it’s currently unavailable everywhere. That’s why I’m watching this. I’m hunting for it. Now I just want to see it more.
I just watched it on Netflix. I believe it's also on Amazon.
Love Livingston, just starting Loudermilk and as an alcoholic, I was kind of skeptical of how true to life this would be. So far, he’s doing a good job.
I just started it too! Seen a clip on TikTok & it was hilarious so I thought I'd watch it & so far it is hilarious 😂
this was revealing and intriguing. Of course all of your interviews are, but this was special... thanks and Merry Christmas!!
Really hope this show continues.
It's finally come to the UK, what a show. Brilliant.
This guy seems so genuine. I think I feel love for him. No homo, but just, you know, brother.
I remember, from one of Band of Brothers interviews, someone mentioned that Ron doesn't attended interviews n all, was evident as he was not present during those interviews with the rest of the cast, was a surprise to see him here.. 😮
Loudermilk is fantastic, was hooked from the start! Bring it back!!!
Is there a season 4?

"it's one less thing to have to act" great line
I've been saying it since Office Space - he's like a young Jimmy Stewart.
I can see it.
He is great actor mad respect.

It's on UK Netflix
Canada Netflix as well
@@beerdo It's been back on Netflix in the USA now for month and I've already started watching it again.
@maximusaurelius9906 halfway thru season 2 again myself 😂
AA/NA isn’t suppose to really be on TV but if it had to be glad it was this show….brilliant !
In all fairness: in the show, the meeting organization is called "Sober Friends," so they're staying respectful :)
He actually sounds like he might have a problem
One of the best shows ever made.
What the hell am I gonna do with 40 subscriptions of vibe.
@@RobustNut Presumably, you are using a device with a search engine. Use it.
Bring back loudermilk!!!
Best show out especially if you are in recovery…
I love Loudermilk. On Amazon Prime.
“Just a comedy”: he’s an actor and his research and dedication is just an intense as if it were a drama.
"Its just a comedy".cant say i agree with that statement!love the show.
Rip loudermilk
God I love Loudermilk. I've had to work with people with this characters attitude. There's nothing like getting your ass handed to you from a guy that knows his words.
Ron speaks exactly like the barista from the show😂
We need 4th and 5th season
watching this after i watched the serie is so weird hhhh when he finished what he said here in that interview i was waiting for the new guy to say something 😅😅
Or the "new" new guy 😅
This was great! Thanks, Sam! 👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️
Have always liked Ron Livingston
as an alcoholic this was a very interesting interview
fucking love ron lovingston.
I LOVE THIS SHOW. ITS FUNNY, VERY POIGNANT, AND LOVE FOR ONE ANOTHER. IT HAS EVERYTHING AND RON LIVINGSTON IS A GEM.
Hey Ron... what is happening?
At 1:58 he states that somebody offered to become his sponsor. I went to A.A. for years. Nobody ever asked me if they could be my sponsor. I had to ask them and a lot of times they would say no.

He’s just being anonymous 😂

A lot of times people first come to AA meetings because they're ordered by a Court. "Nudge from the Judge".
I loved flash Gordon.
Not just a comedy
PETER GIBBONS LIVES!
This show sucked me in. Cant wait for season 4.
I found that Loudermilk is a corruption of the German Loutermilk.
@Leide Keine Dummköpfe Apparently pure milk.
@Leide Keine Dummköpfe You may be right. I only know what I learned from Google.
@Leide Keine Dummköpfe Sorry, it was a silly assumption for me to have made.
Humours sitch preety cute girl he jumps into his seens to early and is always ass to workers trying to hang on to min wage job
Off camera is all on camera
The statistics used to be 1 out of 4 now it's 2 out of 5 ...😮😢
Due to covid and conservative bad politics the numbers has increased..😊😮
There's conservative bad politics and there's liberal bad politics. Bad and politics seem to go together.
