Hi All, I bought a grey glamour xtect last September (2022). 2 free servicing done. Issues with the bike: 1. Engine abruptly stopped while changing gears. Say, from first to second or higher and vice versa. 2. Vibrations at higher RPM and engine noise. 3. Gear shifting not smooth. Gear doesn't engage properly. 4. Acceleration does not take as it should be. 5. Pillion rider complained of back pain. Seat cushioning not good. I met 3 accidents since last year due to engine stopped issue while in motion. The rear wheel got locked/jammed when the engine stopped in gear. Last month l met with an accident for the same issue and the bike fell on my leg. My ankle got fractured. Now it is plastered. My wife was also injured. I am riding hero motorcycles since 2005 (Passion Plus, Passion Pro and Old Glamour) and never had such problems. Please make you decision carefully.
Bro exactly u r right I'm a glamour xtec user bought 1 year back I too faced engine off problem while running..And the throttle adjustment is very worse..I'm having this problem from the date of purchase 4 services done still it is not resolved..And another main problem is vibrations whic makes u irritate sometimes
@@samueldrozario8330 I had engine off problem I told that in service center they found out that it's because i3s sensor they rectified it now it is working well. Vibrations I feel it only after 75 kmph not within that. For seat comfort you can change that to super splendor seat bro it has no issues. Gear shifting I feel it is good than glamour asfs in asfs it was harder now it has been softer. Acceleration if you mention that all FI bikes be felt the same bro because of sensors for acceleration was too good
Hi All I mailed heromotocorp and hitect motors both earlier this year. Appreciate most of the issues above they resolved after Hitect Service delivery GM and representative from Heromotocorp kolkata office intervened. Finally after 4th servicing, when it was delivered to me, l found issue with self start. Not taking start if bike is in gear and you press clutch and self start. I went to a local mechanic and got it repaired. I also rode 20 km for test tide. While applying break found the bike is tilting towards right side. I finally made up my mind and sold the bike at a loss of 39500. It was 11 months and 19 days old. Before selling l checked Google for sales figure of 125cc segment bikes for 2023 and got my answer seeing the sales figure of so popular Glamour bs6 model in comparison to other competitors in the market. Hero bikes were apparently good till it was manufacting in collaboration with honda. Except splendor + which has a rural presence none of the hero bikes could make any impressive mark in commuter or sports bike segment.
Please read my comments. The new hero glamour is not the same old glamour bike we used to be proud of. It is just a commuter bike and not for off roading. Yes bad road and potholes can be managed provided the engine doesn't stop abruptly.
Brother kindly review Platina 110 ABS. Especially review its braking performance.. Does the inclusion of ABS made its braking more promising or it is just a marketing gimmick ...
This bike has few extra features and rear tyre is wider than SP 125. But performance is pathetic. Will make you feel like cheated with your money. Please read my full comment/review.

Yes looks better but not performance. First buy the vehicle then get the issues/problems with the new bike fixed and then start riding. Meanwhile pray that you don't meet with any unfortunate accidents.
