Nick's a bit cheeky about it but he's clearly into psychadelics; going off his lyrics and various twitter posts I'm going to say LSD, DMT and shrooms. Luke used to drink heavily and hinted at some sort of drug use, but he cleaned up, became more devout to his faith and now only drinks moderately. He's a former art student and very likely a fan of some Japanese visual rock bands and vaporwave aesthetics so I'm sure this plays into it as well.
