Hey Mali, Create a small hole at top side Makhar, take a rope and put in that hole & make big knot at bottom.

2nd Circle = 10.5cm (radius)
3rd Circle = 16cm (radius)
4th_Circle = 21.5cm (radius)
Height all = 5cm
this all measurement depends on you paper cup size.
