To tell the difference between E7 and the W7:
1. Look out for the set number. If it starts with “F”, then it’s an E7, while if it starts with “W”, then it’s a W7.
2. Look at the logo on the side of the train. The logos on both trains say“____ Japan Railway Company”. If it’s “East”, then it’s an E7. If it’s “West”, then it’s a W7.
