@@currenttechnologies2522 Actually I am working with a lab as a biller, I have a lot of claims that have been denied due to being out of network provider or not medically necessary. So when I communicated with health insurance to let them know as per CMS guidelines COVID claims should not be denied because it's a pandemic period but they told me that this denial is correct. So I am confused. What can I do in this situation?
