Hi I had this board powered via a 65v - 0 - 65v Dual AC PSU 600w and brought 2 units. The first unit I had working for 1 day working incredibly well and then the board got fried after taking the circuit apart and putting back togather. The second one Hooked up like the first and when powered on only the fan starts spinning no sound output. I am running the output into a JVC 12 inch DRV sub 350w RMS with 1200w Max @ 4ohms speaker impedance. I should have come to this page first to do study. Your lessons have taught me about this board circuit.
1.My PSU unit is to many volts you stated that this board will shutdown over 44 volts with 4 ohms impedance.
2.At 4ohms impedance the board output Watts RMS is far to low for my speaker.
3.The fan power will still work as the audio circuit is seperate.
Going of what you are saying this board is shutting down at the sound output stage in other words the Board circuit is not powerful enough and the seller does not supply enough information this certainly is not a 500w board as they have explained. It is amazing to see just as I had imagined how to test the Audio Signal in the way you have now I understand what has happened with this particular board. Up until now the board only turned the fan on with no sound out.
So going of what you have said as my speaker is in the last on the list:
    Power PSU voltage:43 volts.
    RMS output: 58w.
    Impedance:4 ohms.
And that this board does not like 4ohms impedance.

Es de utilidad tu test. A mi se me quemo la resistencia de 10ohm cercana a la salida

Very informative video, so basically it's only suitable for 8 ohms loads and the wattage is way too low for subwoofer. So it's almost useless..

Thank you for dropping by the channel.
I might try to make a second vid if it is possible to get more wattage from the amp for 4 ohms load using a lower supply voltage like ±55V,±45V, and ±35V.

@@boknoynaruto3824 have you tried it with +-45V and +-35V? is the ampli board works?

I tried it with ±55V and ±40V with the same result did not bother with ±35V, only good for 8 ohms load.
For 8 ohms load, worth it for the price alone but not for 6 or 4 ohms load.
There are several variations of this board I might pick up a few for future videos.

Hello, we got the exact same irs2092 and we have the same issue that it cuts out after 50W in 4 ohms. Despite it being a 500W unit. The other videos I watched never had this issue, is that the product i got is defective? Or how can i fix it if there are any solutions. Looking forward to hear for an answer. Thank you.
