The damage done to our reputation may take much longer. If you make under $84,000 a year, than Trudeau lowered your taxes, from 22%, to 20.5%! He also increased your child tax credit,......soooooooo I'm not sure why you're saying that you're getting taxed more...!?

structure is and his regular fees so it isn't FREE dental care as the libs and ndp claim.

Its complicated because the math doesn't make sense. The liberals are claiming that individuals who make a 250K capital gain have an average income of 1.4 million? Then using that to justify this 0.04% percent would be affected. Anyone who sells a cottage or extra bungalow or condo would be affected by definition given how expensive property in Canada is.
This is a desperation move. Which once again will hurt Canadians again. It’s just time for an election.
It effects the middle class, not the super rich. The top 0.1% will have loopholes in the system that government gives them. The guy with a couple apartments and goes to retire and sell them are the ones whomwill pay.

Sorry, but most of the physicians in Canada aren’t earning even 1/3 of the $1.4 million that Trudeau has quoted here. But yeah, let’s tax them more despite the exponentially increasing overhead and relatively stagnant billing rates compared to inflation.

Why is the inclusion rate so difficult to understand. Maybe it is a reflection of the standard of our schooling system. If you make 5000 dollars in capital gains we take 50 percent of that and add it to the income. The government is now saying instead of 50 percent being added to income they will now add 66.67 percent to income for anything over 250K in Capital Gains

What happens when you sell your house (all houses are over 250,000). Do we all end up in this capital gains
Only a cottage so if you own a 6 million dollar home you pay 0 tax when you sell....if you own a house and cottage worth 500 thousand each and you sell the cottage to retire because you have no other money Trudeau takes taxes on 66.7 percent of the cottage. It is taxing the working poor.
