Ingredients:-
For Aloo Sabzi:-
4 medium size boiled potatoes
2 tomatoes
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup makhane
50 g paneer
1 inch ginger
2-3 green chilli
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1-2 pinch heeng
1 /2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
For Puri:-
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp carom seeds
2 tbsp oil
