My husband and I are pilots, owned our own plane and have been flying over 30+ years. Security at most airports especially ones with commercial passenger service is extremely serious. If anyone got caught jumping over a fence or "breaking into an office" or hanger to "repossess" an airplane they would be arrested on the spot and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and most likely lose their pilots license. Furthermore, no pilot with any common sense is going to jump into a strange airplane that may have unknown mechanical problems and "steal it" to give it back to the bank. Because if the plane went down and took out a school or something the bank would be sued for probably billions of $. So it just doesn't make any sense but I guess it is entertaining to watch for people who don't know any better.
@@AllenPendletonI never said they actually did break into hangers etc. What I said is IF they did actually do many of the things they portray in the show they would be arrested or wind up punching a hole in the ground, hopefully without taking any innocent bystanders with them.
Fun fact of the day. Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Toledo are all closer to KSGH than Cleveland. Technically Indianapolis is closer aslo, but I tried to keep in to Ohio cities.
I always used to laugh about the Airplane Repo series. No, it's not an SAS operation where you jump in a jet, spool it up and blaze off down the runway in an aircraft with a $5 million piece of kit that may or may not perform its function. You also won't find a lot of jets just sitting on the tarmac, unlocked, just waiting for someone to wander over and "repo" it. Airfields are pretty secure environments and the "big dollar" units are usually parked in a hangar nice and safe. Also, you don't get to "Maverick" a plane and just appear on radar without filing a flight plan. The FAA has a major sense of humor failure with stunts like that and "Captain" Smith suddenly becomes "no longer Captain" Smith. Imagine just appearing at 30,000 feet, with no flight plan, headed "somewhere". That's going to get a couple of local Air National Guard's finest on your wing inviting your compliance with an immediate landing. Not good. Any "made for reality TV" series usually has drama injected into it that verges on fictional misrepresentation so, just treat it as a fun representation and forget the reality part.
@@robertplatt643 The panel was doing that because the camera's refresh rate is very close to the instrument panel. They make a camera filter that helps with it. I hope that helps answer your question
I am going to guess that unlike the cases on "Airplane Repo" this case the owner was ready to surrender the plane instead of hiding the plane. THAT MAKES this an unusual repossession wrt the "Airplane Repo" show.
Umm, I really tried to watch this vid... But, the "Bozo and Ringling Bros of Aviation " just killed it...Sorta like a homeless prom date...Cheers 🍻!!!!...Maybe next time....😳😳😳
I really wanted to keep watching the video I used to do repos myself but I just can't for the life of me figure out how supposedly smart people think they need to wear a mask outside with the wind blowing and the sun shining. Idiots who cannot think for themselves or think outside the box. Can't fix stupid.
So fake. Where's the airplane owner tackling you and trying to fight you, trying to block the airplane with a tug/golf cart, screaming and cursing about how he paid the bank, etc?! Lol.

So the question one may wonder is the spiritual cost to one's own soul and spirit for having lived and died to the lowest standards of quality for so many years now global pollution has diminished the quality of life to the point where today's people are living, dying and yielding the worst spiritual kickback that has ever been manifested since the beginning of life only getting worse. The polar opposite extreme to that is today's people should be living and dying to the highest standards of quality which would make each and every moment physically, mentally, financially and spiritually beneficial. All these Repo shows are total, BS . With today’s security measures at airports you can’t just jump in a plane and fire it up. I know is a little about this as I’m a retired corporate pilot with over 20k hrs in my book as well as being a A n P mech since 1978. They just happened to have a radome sitting there. Oh sure, it makes for a dramatic show, but again, total and complete B S
Right!? And they were actually working with checklists, complying with safety and manufacturer recommendations, and generally following rules. Complete sheep. Who TF follows FAA rules!?
I love the crunching sound!
We want thi show back !
How the hell the guy damaged the nose cone? And how they had one ready to install? Looks like setup to me.
This seems more probable then those over the top airplane repo shows. I appreciate the realness the line man should be fired. To be honest
It's the fitzer valve. Get me some 3 in 1 oil and some ball bearings
And gauze pads😂

If you watch the video he explained there is no breaking into hangers and stealing the Jet.

Line service guy lost his job for contacting aircraft with tug more than likely. thats why you ALWAYS use a wing-walker when moving an aircraft.
we always had one on each wing and one carrying chocks. three guys in a hangar. but i agree, was probably his last day.

You get it!
I have a question: did nobody notice notice all the instrument panel LED display errors?
I thought it was cycling through different modes. Of course, modes should have been selected before moving? I'm not a pilot...

Not watching your video if you’re gonna wear a diaper on your face
Why the obnoxious "music?"

The Woke Mask is not gonna protect you from a virus anyway. They are not made for that.
Exactly 💯🤗
Maybe you guys haven't seen TH-cam reyoutube repoeing airplanes this tons of AM are stealing the planes back
not stealing when the bank owns the jet
Sorry to disappoint but airplanes are no different then cars!!!
what if the debtor is uncooperative and wont surrender the plane?
Multi-engine jets are never owned by anyone except banks.
That’s when the TV show airplane repo gets involved. 😎

Funny how theyre wearing masks outside in open air but off in a tight enclososed prsssurized space 😅
That was no fun😢

Wearing silly masks outside. This channel definitely isn’t for me.

Take the silly mask off
who cares if they wear a mask, their choice mate
@@Ben123I doubt it’s their “choice”. Tyrants would probably arrest them if they didn’t.
I loved how they were wearing masks at the beginning in open air but in the jet they took them off. Bunch of sheep
