saw the Pikes many times and one of my fave bands. How many bands can claim three vocalists?

Great video of a Great concert by perhaps canada's Greatest rock band. Fantastic as the Idols and just kept getting better from there! jay was a great writer, merl was an incredible front man/ vocalist, brian was fuckin' smokin on the axe and the drummer was like dan mowat from G.H. (solid as a rock). I saw them many times in concert over the years including one of thier last shows as a full unit in London Ont.where our band had taken up residency. Thank you for putting this show up!!! Glen.R

Wow! These guys really did put on a hell of a live show. Would have loved to have been there for this.

I may have been at this concert at the Spectrum. I saw both CC and NP together at the Spectrum back i 87 or 88. Or I was there at another date. Sometimes concerts had two shows the same night, an early one @ 7PM, second one later in the night. It was a great concert.
I do remember the guitarist for one of the bands was playing his guitar on a restaurant table next to us, on an elevated side stand and while trying to get off the table, he fell off both the table and the elevated stands onto the main floor, he was OK.
      Strange thing to remember.
