Well there's also Droll and Lock bird and Dimension Shifter; which would also work on the other two decks he showcased. Other handtraps might work as well: in the first match he would have just lost to an Ash Blossom on Graceful Charity; or on pot of greed in game 2 (I think). Imperming Royal Magical Library might work too.
Hey Sam! Congrats on 300k and for more achievements to come. LOVE THE ENERGY you put into your vids. I'd say that's what makes your channel special. Also the crazy custom intros you've made with the animations, insane. Very notable catch phrases like "without further ado", "Don't do drugs, smell yugioh cards", and "SMASH, UPPERCUT, ELBOW that like button" ,etc. also enhance the experience. I haven't been playing yugioh since back in 2013, but I still watch yugioh related vids to keep in-touch from time-to-time. You make enjoyable pack opening vids, and deck profiles/combo vids. YOU ARE THE YUGIOH HYPE MAN. I guess what you haven't explored yet is more yugioh content related towards the entertainment side of things, not the physical products. For example, discussions related towards the yugioh anime, skits, or lore. These take a lot of effort to make though and might not return a lot of views per hours spent working on it. My only criticism that doesn't sit well with me and what I noticed when you get haters in-game, is when you do live ygopro battles. Unless it's with your friend or cameo yugiohtuber, they are willing to wait for you to do the turn. Your turns take quite some time because you gotta tell the viewers what you're doing and they end up getting cheesed all the time lol. I would suggest just doing a voiceover on your replays, but I guess that takes away from the excitement for some viewers. Regardless, you're always gonna get haters, but what matters is that you have a large following of people enjoying your content. I always see positive comments, so you got nothing to worry. Also, nice to see a fellow Canadian doing well on TH-cam! Woooo
The fact that not a single hand trap was activated in the entire 20 minute video is very telling of how utterly it failed to show what yugioh would actually look like without a ban list. The first two decks literally couldn't beat a Droll & Lock Bird or Red Reboot.
I wish they'd make a situational ban list. Such as making pot of greed usable if you have all 5 pieces of the forbidden one in your deck. Or Steam the Cloak/Gofu would be legal if you have 15 other blackwing cards in your deck. Its unfortunate that cards get banned when they really help their archetype.
When i came back into yugioh danger dark world firewall ftk was 1 of the top decks along with rhongo gumblar turbo thunder dragons akd sky striker so im glad i finally got to see how the firewall ftk went
I’m a recently new subscriber and new to Yugioh as a whole. One suggestion i have is, you should make a series or playlist (if videos already exists) for new players (Starting from how to play the game, meta explanations, how to make combos, synergy, etc.). Many new players will greatly appreciate it and benefit from it.

@TeamSamuraiX1: Even in unlimited format that would not work anymore since Makurya the destructor his now nerf, its effect only activated if send from the monster card zone to the graveyard, and your only allow to activated one trap card that turn from hand, and it his a hard once per turn, so even if you send multiple copy of makurya the destructor from monster card zone to hand, your only allow to activated one trap card from hand that turn, so the only way it his valid if he played it in unlimited version of goat format, because goat format all nerf card become unnerferd except for the Egyption God Card.
I saw other people do no banlist decks against each other some time ago and even with all those forbidden cards the 1 card that still carried all the matches on his back was still firewall dragon. it actually showed just how unfair that card is to still be that insane in a deck full of forbidden cards
I say change deck size from 40-60 to 50-60 size. Would this affect the game majority, maybe slow the game down? Personality I think pot of greed would have a better chance of being limited to 1 if this was the case.

I played in a tournament back in 2005 that was set up to be a Tag Tournament with no ban list no semi or limited list and three different teams came up with decks that could guarantee win first turn easily. No ban list would be one thing still broken but the game is already pretty damn broken already but no semi limited or limited list everyone would either run a 1st Turn Exodia deck or maybe some kind of deck that can guarantee doing 8000 points of damage 1st Turn weather it be something like the catapult turtle strategy or maybe some kind of pendulum summoning deck that can keep summing monsters who deal burn damage when summoned to do 8000 damage. I think I remember watching a video where a deck did that a few years ago and the player going second never even got to play a card the duel took like 10 or 15 minutes and people say old yugioh was slower but in 10 or 15 minutes I remember being able to play multiple duels with both players getting multiple turns in every duels in the same amount that some indivual turns are now. So if you ask me Yugioh is gotten so easy to Summon 10 15 20 monsters in a single turn that it has caused the game to become much much slower. To be honest I have been out of the game since 2005 due to circumstances out of my control though I tried to keep track of what was coming out through 2008 maybe but at what point did playing Trap cards out of your hand during your opponents turn get introduced into the game and I think it says something about the game that they had to introduce hand traps just to keep the game playable

So, the video I most want to see would be ideas for custom tournament rules that could get a wide representation of strategies. The current meta seems really stale to me, combo over everything into 7+ negates, and I'd like to put together a tournament where going second doesn't require you to side in 14 hand traps (literal number). My main ideas are, (1) No action can be taken affecting the opposing player until the first attack of the duel has been declared. (2) Only one action can be negated per turn by each player. (3) Pure archetypes. (4) Conjunctive ban/limited list. (5) players can only use one type of extra deck monster. I think the first one has the most potential, but I don't particularly have the resources to test the format. It was my hope that perhaps if you or a perhaps someone on your channel could offer some insight on, ideas for, or advice about considerations and formats that could eliminate going first as a win condition. People like to play their cards, and that's what I'd like to see people doing. Thank you for any time and consideration that you put into this. The thing is, i live in peru, and from what ive seen, its a bit confusing wether the shop ships here or not. Can you please clarify if dolly ships to peru?
