According to Maharshi patanjali Yoga is way of life with 8 different steps/phases which includes YOGASANA & PRANAYAMA as 3rd and 4th aspect. Mere bodily postures can be called as YOGASANA & not YOGA! SADLY the so called great yog gurus have also been giving wrong teachings! You may please explore JK. not wanting to teach or lecture you but sharing with pure concern because you are a humble person always wanting to learn and explore. All the love to you always ❤️

I am in a hectic banking job and blessed with a small kiddo who dont let me and my wife sleep early. i used to be a early riser. but after kid, my whole sleeping cycle is disturbed. i am helpless as i cant make my kiddo sleep according to my time. he is on his own. guide me so that i can further enhance my life by getting early and be back to my early waking up routine. and yes do continue ur channel. its a life changer for me. i have a wish to meet u in person someday. dont knw it will happen or not . but i wish..
