When you are attempting to show someone who is paraplegic the fundamentals of transferring on and off the commode, remember majority have no ability to bear weight on their legs.
Yes it is very unrealistic. The other thing is it never mentions clothing! Are you supposed to struggle getting clothing off whilst sitting on the toilet. If so I wouldn’t need the toilet by the time I got them off! Or are you supposed to wheel yourself into the bathroom naked from the waist down? That’s problematic if you are not at home! Then there’s the process in reverse!
I'm looking for videos because I'm a caregiver! And I was told to look forward videos likes this so i can learn how to transfer from wheelchair to toilet buttons these videos are a joke ! Come on people!! My client needs all the help it would be nice if she was easy like these people!!
