isn't it called a blow off valve????
Storm no it’s not . Removing the blow off valve actually makes the flutter sound. The sound is basically the air from the turbo having no way out so it has to go back in. The noise you hear is the air going back through the turbo and spinning against the blades. Nothing to do with BOVs.
