In this dashcam footage from Arkansas State Trooper Morphis stops a red GMC truck on Bowser Rd the driver of the truck was charged with Poss Controlled Substance, Driving while license susp or rev non DW, Tampering With Evidence, Obstructing Governmental Operations. The truck was towed by Reggies Lock & Keys.
