    Wow really scary time for the alcohol industry. I used to work in craft beer, and I know the U.S. craft beer is also going through a tough time due to the pandemic. Hopefully with the China government willing to lower the tariff for Sake, there will be a potentially huge market for this amazing product. I've already seen the trend growing among youngsters!

    Japan should #1. open to homebrewing, #2. Export Sake' rice. both would help bolster rice growers. U.S. home brewers would LOVE to have a reasonably affordable, dependable supply of sake rice.
