Dried shark meat and eggplant curry ( Hangor mas loi bigun)

Shark meat is consumed globally and it is no different in Chittagong Hill Tracts(CHT) either. However, the Chakma community of CHT prefers the dried meat rather than fresh or smoked for consumption. It has a unique flavor and consumed as salad or curry. In here, among the various dishes prepared, dried shark meat with eggplant curry is the most popular one .
