Sir 2nd puzzle may ''Each pot was having either 1,2,3,4 or 5 pens in it'' hay. Ending ka W & Q may 5 pens hay. M may 4, J may 3 and R may 2 pens hay. Then according to the question K must only contain 1 pen in it.
Now because there are six pots and there are only 5 options(1,2,3,4,5), so one number will be repeated. In case of this question that goes to 5 as both pots at the edge contain all 5 pens but 1 number is not used for once.
That's why in my opinion the answer should be - Red/Black/Yellow (1 number of pen) not all three.
Please correct me if I misinterpreted the question.
