One thing which is damn true is that your training as an officer begins right from the prepration only. During preparation each and every aspirant should work on developing the skill of communications because once you are posted as an officer, you need to communicate with the people especially in the rural areas where people rarely understand technical parlance of governance so to know their grievances we need to be capable enough to communicate with them in their language.
