The whole space x thing is wrong from day 1 for many reasons but the main one is they came to disturb the peace of wildlife and local people, especially the folks down in Boca Chica Village. Im totally against the whole space x thing. ✊🏻

Your passion for the art of fishing is demonstrated by your choice of taking a picture over catching one of those "BEAUTIES". You are a true angler. A fisherman would have tried to catch one over taking a pic. I'am 71 years old and new to you tube and hope to learn more about you tubing {if that's the correct way to say it}. I have fished South bay for over 50 years and still walk the bay , not as often and not as far , but still enjoy the estuary. I'am very happy to see that South bay is in very good hands with you and your friends. Oh! !! by the way! glad u caught some after the pic.

How do you get to South Bay? I live in the valley and am new to kayak fishing so this place looks great to fish in.
watch out for oyster reefs there. most local fishermen avoid it cause of the vast oyster towards the west and south parts

Yes, most likely the shallow spool has a lot to do with the no digging with thin line.
