@@MaS but does this oxygen have to be removed prior to liquefaction? or does it just come out as gas at top of the rectification column? in other words, does oxygen pose a problem to any of the equipment and so it has to be removed prior to the liquefaction?
Dear Maksym, For what scale is this proces is it to just fill bottles with liquid co2 or allso for truckloading ? What is the grade ? To me it looks like industrial grade co2. I work as operator in an co2 purificationplant foodgrade with an capacity of around 50 metric tonnes an hour and our proces is way differnt. We don't compress to such an high pressure we go to 20 a 21 bar with an centrifugal compressor and then with a 2 stage screwcompressor. We allso use an scrubber and a dehydrator unit with absorption but allso have 2 condensators to remove a lot of moisture to decrease te load on the absorption dryers. We further have an catalytic convertor the remove carbonhydrates from the co2. We have 2 carbonbeds to deodor the gas it can contain sulfur that can come out of the scubber trough bactirial growth. And finefilter to collect dust that can come off the dryers or carbonbeds. We liquidfy the gas true refridgeratio with ammonia. I think our proces is more energy efficient because we don't have to compress 5 stages. Our installation allso doesn't have to handle those high pressures. I am curious from wich plant this video is and where its located. I look forward to your reaction.
Hello. Dear Thom. Thank you for your questions and comments. This is a process scheme of an industrial plant for the production of food grade liquid carbon dioxide, with a capacity of 40 tons per day. The raw material is carbon dioxide from ammonia production. The plant has a coolant (water) with a temperature of 8..12 degrees C, so the compression pressure used is higher than in your process scheme. Yes, your technology is modern today and is used more often. I wish you success.
Да, в качестве захоложенной жидкости используют воду или рассол. Для их получения используют холодильную установку. Разделение систем с помощью буферного хладоносителя используется в разветвленных технологических системах.
This music is so good, I wish all of engineering is like this
Thanks. You are wellcome
This is was made on a synthesizer... made very well* on one. The song is best piece of "Muzak" I think I've ever heard.
What is the equipment in the separator? Is it pressure swing adsorption?
Yes, used pressure swing adsorption too.
liquefaction PRETREATMENT steps depend on impurities present..what if co2 hAs oxygen as impurity? then?
Hello. Good question. This oxygen doesn't move to the liquid phase. And in this process scheme designed purged system too.

You are welcome

Can use LN2 as a coolant? How to increase LN2 temperature become -50C?
Hello. We can use N2(liq), as a coolant, but in this process it's not effective.
Hello, you are probablly inteligent poeple,
Nice to meet 😀
Thank you! Nice to meet you)
Is it possible to eliminate NOX gasses with same procedure
If you mean in the final product, yes. Final product is used in food industry.
What js this process called
Process of production liquid carbon dioxide.
@@MaS can u make video on methenation of CO2? Kindly
@@MaS Actually I am interested in the cost of this process can U kindly share the Literature paper of this process? Or link of that article
Actually, I don't have some paper, its my experience.
@@MaS greatt thankss then u should put a video on its costing too 😅
Price of a co² production plant ?
It depends on production. From 10 to 30 mln euro.
Конденсируют жидкостью? Это где такое?

@@MaS холодилка аммиак?
Да. Холодильная установка - аммиачная.
@@MaS интересная схема. Делал такую станцию, только с затопленным конденсаторов, на фреоне.
how can I get carbon dioxide
Hello. A cheapest method - from ammonia production.
Pee in a bottle😉
Co2 gas plant banane mein Kitna kharch aaega
Hello. It depends on the gas source, location and productivity.
Nice music wow wow wow hippa . you have a title?
Yes, but isn't in a music))
Compressor name part by part name c02gas compressor
Yes
Es video ko ap bolke sojao sirr ji please
I'll try in the next video on this topic. Thanks for your comment.
