In my opinion: You'll want to go one more bar up on the rear sight in height. I'd go with the metal MIM one being the plastic ones are hard to put in & rip apart. If you do go with plastic, you can toss the metal insert & use super glue to keep it from moving.

I own Glocks and i have even carried them, but I prefer my steel frame over plastic for several reasons.

In my opinion: All I can say is plastic is way easier on car seats & clothing. I have always preferred metal guns being way more durable for the long run. Whatever you choose, you'd want the grip as small as possible, within reason, being the most pronounced snag hazard beyond imagination. I like the grip to end slightly above the bottom tuft of the palm & not below. Otherwise you can pick up a lot of office chairs behind you everytime you get up. 😂
      Thanks for watching.
      ~ Cheers.

@@opinionsvary well I have to carry a Glock 22 for work and it's what they issued me and I can tell you right now I have a hole in my seat right there where the the butt of the grip hits and all of our patrol vehicles that same spot. There's a hole in every seat it doesn't matter if it's plastic or metal it all it all forms that hole

I'll say it I don't like them, especially since they jumped onboard the thing so many employers did, making their people take something to keep their position and income... Know what I mean, I can't say it because... Yeah nah. Lol sad tho.
