There are two clocks I have wanted to see since I was 8: Big Ben and Ottawa's Peace Tower. When I get to see them both, my whole life will be complete.

But the carillon is played in a live recital every day Monday-Friday at noon by my fantastic teacher, Dr. Andrea McCrady! Us students play on Friday afternoons from 3-4pm. :D
There was a church that had a clock tower with 4 bells to chime Westminster the bells were very heavy but had very little support so the chiming bell sadly came crashing down and broke one of the 4 clock faces the bells were removed and speakers were installed the at the steeple the clock was burnt for practice for the fire department 😭
It is not very accessible to get to the bells. The general public can only see the bells from the elevator going up to Peace Tower. Since 2019, the Centre Block has been closed for atleast ten years for renovation and upkeep. I hope this answers your question.
